Fast service and great communication from the team. I called in the morning and they came in less than an hour. They fixed our broken spigot (picture attached) in less than 20min for $325. Would recommend Carlos for any plumbing job again!

The cold water in our kitchen sink faucet was very slow. The plumber disconnected it from the water source to show that the faucet "cartridge" was clogged rather than the source. He offered to replace the faucet with their nicer faucet option for $1,100. He claimed the faucet he would use was worth $300-400. I felt like this was alot but I signed for it and he left to pick up the faucet.
It took over an hour for him to get back but he left all his tools at my place so that I couldn't change my mind. He brought a different faucet than he had showed me and when I look it up on Home Depot, it is sold for $180; on Amazon it is $220. After installing it, he asked me to test it but didn't guide me through what to test it for. I kept asking him if this faucet's "cartridge" is easy to replace and he never answered that question.
After using it for a couple weeks, the faucet started spinning around at the base. I bought a sink wrench and tightened it more myself. Then I realized the pull-down nozzle was very hard to pull down because the faucet hose was all tangled up in the cold and hot water hoses. I bought a small adjustable wrench and disconnected and reconnected those untangled.
I'm surprised that a professional plumber didn't do a better job at tightening the faucet and connecting the hoses untangled. By this point, I feel like I could have installed this better than the plumber, and for only $180 in materials cost.

We had Ricardo come today to help with plumbing during a remodel. He knew what the problem was right away and fixed it. He was very warm and kind and we would def use him again!
