I must say that I have never been as impressed with a company as I am with Affordable Rooter. I saw that they were doing free prescription delivery on an email I received. At first I wasn't sure it was real, but then I thought , why not give them a try? I called them to pick up my medicine, and the lady on the phone got all the info and had a very friendly man named Jun call me to verify all of it. He arrived quickly and dropped it off at the front door. There was no contact. I did not need to leave my house at all! The best part, was they did this for FREE! No obligation to anything, they did not to try to sell me anything. I totally appreciate this service and this company. Thank you Jun & Affordable Rooter!

After calling Discount Plumbing due to baby wipes clogging my toilet, they sent Sam over he arrived on time with a mask on and shoe covers as well. He wiped everything down when finished which I really appreciated with everything going on in the world right now. Discount plumbing is the best. I called discount plumbing because I was having trouble with my 10 year old water heater. Adan gave me options of a gas control box replacement or a new water heater. With me been unemployed I decided the repair and he took a care of it. Got my water heater fix and now I got hot water. On top of that during all he’s work he use a mask and gloves at all times. I call discount plumbing for a leak under the kitchen sink. And, the nice lady on the phone said they could have a plumber within 2 hour window. I heard the door bell about an hour, open the door, and mike show up with the face mask, gloves, and shoe covers. And, I walk mike to the kitchen and told him about the leak inside my cabinet. He turn on the faucet and check the pipes. And, he told me it was a small problem and gave me a fair price to fix the leak. I am so glad that I call discount plumbing. And, the most important thing was, they really concern for the safety of my family, by wearing face mask, gloves, and shoe covers. I am highly recommend discount plumbing to my relative and friends.

Had a great experience with this company! Great customer service from Ray and Jesse. Jesse came and inspected my mom's plumbing and confirmed there was no leak. She lives in an HOA and there are three houses that share 1 water meter. There was concern that one of the houses had a water leak due to the heavy water usage, and the HOA requested the plumbing be inspected. Jesse was able to come out and diagnose the situation. Ray was was the one who I spoke with to schedule the appointment, and he followed up with me afterwards. This was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend someone to contact this company for their plumbing needs. Should we have any issues in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to contact them.

I have used several other plumbers in recent years and Roto-Rooter far outshines them all! They precisely explain the problem, they give options that make sense, they act on the problem in the least expensive way, and make recommendations that are helpful. This is not the first time that I have been impressed with their knowledgable expertise and efficient service. Their charges are less expensive than others.

Jesse quickly figured out and replaced a detached and disintegrating washer on the cold water tap so our kitchen sink is back in business for the holidays.

Then, for good measure, he replaced the hot water tap washer too.

Fantastic service every time I’ve ever needed them. On the two occasions I’ve called for help in very bad situations the SF Roto-Router team has come and gotten the job done quickly and perfectly. Having the entirety of a third floor washing machine dumping out onto the floor of a second floor apartment is no picnic, but this is the team that can consistently gotten to my emergency and had the situation rectified so everyone can sleep soundly that same day. I will definitely call them again, but I’ll still keep hoping that I won’t have a reason to!

David came over in the timeframe given by the dispatcher. David was very professional and found a couple of places that also needed help. He explained everything he was doing which helped me understand the problem. Never have used Roto-Rooter but you will be my first call next time I need a plumber. Thanks again!
