We set 2 appointments and they did not call to tell us that they couldn’t make the 1st one, then for the 2nd appointment, they did not call to tell us they were going to be 2-3 hours late. On both occasions we had to call them asking where they were. Very unprofessional

Great job Everett Services. I had my carpets cleaned by the Everett Services, they did a Great Job!!!! Better than any other carpet cleaner than I ever used, they got out stains that I have suffered through multiple cleanings that did not get it out. Thanks Best customer service I have ever received!!!
