I want to extend a hearty thanks to Peyton, Edwin, and Bryce from Williams & Sons HVAC for doing an excellent job cleaning out the AC vents in my Dana Point property. Edwin, my AC repair expert, was friendly, well-informed, professional, and patient as I bombarded him with queries about why my air conditioning had stopped working. He responded to my questions with understanding and patience, empathizing with my frustration. When Edwin managed to get the AC up and running again and the comforting hum of cool air circulating through the vents was heard, I asked Edwin about the cost for the service. His response: No charge. When I queried why, he modestly replied that he hadn't done anything extraordinary. I was not only surprised but deeply appreciative of his honesty. If all of Williams & Sons HVAC's technicians are as honest and kind-hearted as Edwin, I'll certainly use their services again and recommend them to my loved ones. I'm also grateful to Williams & Sons HVAC for their prompt response to my urgent calls for help.

We felt the need to express how pleased we are with the heater repair job done at our vintage home. Initially, we were concerned about the cost, as we were on a budget and some firms quoted us over $20,000. However, we decided to give a local heater repair service a try, and we're so glad we did. Edwin visited our place and offered us several choices. We agreed on one that came around $15,000. The team started work promptly and completed it within a week. Our old house, built in the 70s without a heating system, had outdated metal vents in the walls that needed replacement with modern ceiling vents. Instead of leaving the old wall vents and doing a sloppy job, they brought in an expert to drywall over the old vent holes, leaving the work looking fantastic. All that's left for us to do is a bit of wall painting. We couldn't have asked for a better service. Edwin is a very friendly professional. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him and highly recommend his services.
