He simply performed his duties of inspecting and cleaning the heater, and afterwards mentioned that he anticipates it should operate more efficiently in the future. However, if it doesn’t meet expectations in the long run, it could be due to the outdated and expensive coolant being too low, indicating that it might be time to consider replacement. There was no pushy sales pitch for a new unit, just an honest assessment. I would highly endorse Williams & Sons HVAC for any heater repair or maintenance needs you might have.

I was very impressed with the team, from the estimator, Bryce, to the front office staff, to the installation crew. Each person I interacted with was polite and professional. I'm truly satisfied with their work and the entire experience. I didn't meet the owner, but it’s clear he has a great team; a positive atmosphere often comes from strong leadership. I love that when they answer the phone, they ask, 'How can I make you smile today?' That really reflects their customer-first attitude! The estimator was out the very next day after my initial call, which is impressive. Many companies give estimates but then take their time; Williams & Sons HVAC, however, scheduled my installation right after I made my deposit, which was amazing. While this is an honest review, I do want to mention a couple of minor things that could have been slightly better: First, I spoke with the estimator about a fallen air duct in my crawlspace and thought it would be fixed during the installation, but that wasn’t included. It might have just been a misunderstanding on my part, as Bryce was thorough and friendly. Second, at the end of the job, I reminded the crew to put some items back in place that they had moved, and they forgot to relight the pilot light on my water heater after working with the gas lines. I thought my water heater was broken for a week! No worries, though; the company sent someone out promptly to relight it after I called. There were some gaps around the new heater since it was narrower than the old one, and I’m a bit concerned about rodents getting in, so I’ll need to find a way to seal those spaces. The heater was never tested in the house, and with our warm weather, I'm a bit hesitant to turn it on, even though I’m sure it works. I also didn’t receive any paperwork or warranty details beyond the thermostat instructions, but the office is looking into that for me, and I’m confident it will be sorted out. These are all very minor points. If you’re considering a new HVAC system, definitely reach out to them! They worked hard, even cutting out some of my painted wallboard and putting it back seamlessly. They cleaned up after themselves and were incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. After a long day of hard work—honestly, I didn’t even see them take a break—these small oversights are not a concern. Most importantly, every employee was courteous and helpful. The front office team is also fantastic, always cheerful and knowledgeable. This is a wonderful business!

This furnace repair service is absolutely outstanding and I would strongly recommend them to anyone!!! We purchased a complete new furnace system, an air sanitizing system, and also had them install 2 new ducts and vents. The team, including Edwin, Peyton, and Bryce, were exceedingly professional and courteous, and they did a tremendous job. They truly stand by their work. Don't get tricked by other companies that offer monthly payment maintenance systems because you end up paying three times what the equipment actually costs. It's a lot smarter to get a high-quality furnace system from this Dana Point service because they offer financing and the payments are very affordable. I did extensive research before we got our system and I assure you, this is, by far, the best service to use!

i found bryce from williams & sons hvac very professional and quick to respond when we needed furnace repair in dana point. our heater stopped working and it was getting cold, but bryce came out, gave us a quote, and got our new system installed fast. we’re happy to be using clean energy now. our new furnace setup works great and i would recommend them for good value and quality. i like that we have 5 units installed, so we can control the heat in different parts of our house. looking forward to using the air conditioning in the summer too.
