David knew what he was doing. My oven fan stopped working and I thought the motor was broken. As soon as David opened the oven door, he immediately spotted an issue with the door spring. He fixed the spring and made some adjustments with the oven door and the oven fan was working again. There was no problem with the motor as I originally thought. Repair was quick. Charge was reasonable. Communication from the time of appointment schedule to the arrival of the technician was great. Will be sure to use Pacific United again for any future appliance repair need.
