This summer, owner Jeff Stevens of Stevens Landscape Design & Development removed my troublesome, large front lawn area and expertly designed and developed an attractive drought tolerant, drip-irrigated landscape of hand-selected flowering plants, decorative trees, and river rock for my front yard. I love it! It is such a relief to be freed from the worrisome tyranny of trying to maintain a healthy lawn on a hilly slope in clay soil in the dry California sunshine; not to mention the high cost of watering a lot of grass!

Jeff is personable and professional, easy to work with, and the best part is that Jeff lives in the local area, and even after job completion, Jeff takes the time to follow up periodically with his clients re his landscape designs and installations to ensure clients are happy with the outcome and that the plants are healthy and growing well. I am very pleased with Jeff’s work and his high value work ethic!

My wife and I recently finished an extensive remodel of our home and after completing the project, we knew the landscape was in need of a major refresh.

The scope of the work was significantly more than our regular landscaper could do, yet not so extensive that we needed a huge landscaping company.

After an exhaustive search, my wife found what seemed like the perfect match.... Stevens Landscape Design and Development in Danville.

We met with Jeff Stevens, the owner of the company, and visited one of his projects he was just finishing in Blackhawk, where the nearly finished job looked truly amazing.

We signed a contract, paid a nominal deposit and over the next several weeks, Jeff worked with us extensively on a concept and design. When the plan was finalized, Jeff submitted all the required paperwork to the HOA, which they approved without any exceptions and we were off and running.

Jeff, his brother Mark and some additional associates worked for the next month and a half to bring our collective vision to LIFE!
Throughout the entire project, they were all extremely easy to work with while hyper-focused on details and nuance that often get missed in a project like this.

The end result is absolutely, Positively, STUNNING and we could not be happier with our decision to go with Jeff and his small yet very devoted team.
