Unfortunately, I have to report that I am really disappointed with the behavior of this company. This is what happened: While I was out (I normally work from home) and my husband was at work, a worker parked backwards in my parking spot with a ladder on top of the van and backed towards my garage, damaging the metal garage door. My son witnessed this, and a neighbor saw the van parked there.
The garage door still works but it makes a terrible noise since the metal pieces no longer align properly. Because of this, we cannot take the car out early in the morning without disturbing people in our house or neighbors.
We tried to handle this situation properly by reaching out to the company by email and phone. They said that "they will investigate." We did not hear back. After I returned from my business travel, I confronted the worker, but he denied this. The company said, "Charge your home insurance." I kept their old skimmer to check with my son if this is what he was referring to since both the worker and his manager (I believe not the owner of the company) denied that the worker had a ladder. My son repeated it was a ladder.
I asked the manager to come, pick it up, and talk about the damage, but they did not. Nobody showed up. They know there is a $5,000 liability issue and they are clearing their hands of it. I gave them a week to fix this (no news). And the worst part is that the manager said "you do not have cameras" when I told him this happened like he knew it did happen. Fortunately, we do have witnesses. Be careful with this company!!

I've been using Atlantis Pools for my pool service and couldn't be happier! They are incredibly reliable - always showing up on time on their scheduled days. My technician is professional and friendly.

C&C has done a fantastic job with maintaining our pool. Having a pro come out weekly has cut down drastically on our daily pool maintenance so we can swim year round.

Mark and Tracy were great in the beginning. But lately they have been late or non responsive to my emails about service. Get my messages mixed up and finally they refused to service me after asking about a missed service (weekly). Do not always note service date or leave note; tried to resolve things with them but they refused (after 10 years!) Would not recommend this business. I wish them the best

The Christensen's and their Clean & Clear pool service have been excellent. They're always thinking ahead about the weather conditions and how to best maintain our pool throughout the year.

When we bought our home several years ago, we acquired our first pool. At the recommendation of the previous home-owners, we stayed with Clean and Clear Pools, Inc for our pool maintenance. It's a family owned and operated business that truly cares about it's customers. Tracy responds promptly to emails with questions and concerns and if she doesn't know the answer, she tracks it down quickly. As first time pool owners, we have had our share of "dumb" questions and first timer concerns! Mark has always been willing to take the time to walk us through instructions or to look at the problem we think we have. He has shown us everything we have needed to know to keep our pool not only looking great, but running well!

I have to confess that, though we try, like most families we get very busy in the summer and we end up not cleaning our pool sides as often as we should and simply rely on the pool cleaner and the chemicals to keep algae at bay. In the years we've had our pool and used Clean and Clear Pools, Inc, we've had no algae build up except for the few weeks between when we purchased the home and then moved in! But that is due to the previous owner's canceling the contract and us forgetting to renew it in the craziness of a thirteen hundred mile move! When we arrived the pool was solid green!! It was absolutely awful! I contacted Mark to restart our service and he immediately came out to re-balance the pool. It didn't take long at all before our pool was beautiful again!

Another thing worth noting, I am sensitive to Chlorine. I have lost my vision temporarily before due to over chlorinated pools I have swam in! I also can itch and get skin rashes. I've never even bothered to tell Mark this...but not once have I had trouble with the chemical levels of our pool causing me any kind of negative reaction. I can also say that the pool never "stinks" of chlorine. So when we have back yard barbecues, we smell the food and not the pool!

Mark is also very observant towards any problems our pool equipment is having. Just this summer our cleaner was having a small issue that we were not even aware of! Mark took the cleaner with him, repaired it, and returned it all without being asked or charging extra! They are just that sort of family business!

I find their rates reasonable, though they have increased the last two years by a few dollars, I still think it is alright. Bills can be paid online with invoices sent to your email, which is very convenient. They are always on time and need no oversight! Highly recommended!

I like the service john gives me. He is very attentive and always in help mode. His expertise and knowledge about every aspect of pool services is why I need him. His integrity shows in his prices. I am completely satisfied with his regular pool cleaning service.

Danville pool cleaning service is such a great company. I found them on yelp and love there service. They are so helpful, especially John. He replaced my pool pump at a very good price. I signed up for there regular monthly pool service last year and John has been 100% reliable. They are such a great value for the amount of work they do.

John was Fantastic, excellent customer service, and very knowledgeable. I needed my pool pump serviced as it was making grinding noises and found this outstanding company. I talked to John, the top repair tech, and set up an appointment for the next day. He was right on time and explained every detail of the problem, which was a bad pump. I gave him the OK to replace my pump.
The new energy-efficient pump will work out quite well because it will save me money on my PG&E bill, but I will have to wait and see to confirm this. I was very impressed with the new pump and install cost and asked about a regular pool cleaning service. The price was impressive, so I signed up, and John gave me a 50% discount on the first month. I will review the pool cleaning service in 2 months.

Absolutely fantastic! I had this valuable carpet that had a lot of dirt and I was worried it might be uncleanable. However, they came to my home in Danville, picked it up, and called me when it was done. Donovan, whom I spoke to, seemed quite pleased because he cleaned it himself and not just saved the carpet, but brought it back to nearly perfect condition. They even arranged a day for delivery. I was overjoyed with the outcome. I employed their carpet cleaning services again a few months later for the rest of my area carpets and they were equally meticulous and professional. The convenience was unmatched and the quality of work couldn't be better!
