Constraction reviews in Davis, California

Excellent service always is on time and very dependable

I like working with them, they are very punctual, very expert in what they do. Always make room for your appointment quickly.

Eric did a great job as always. See you on the next one

:** Erich from Scharf Inspections is a true professional. His punctuality, respect for my schedule, and unwavering commitment to a job well done made the entire inspection experience incredibly convenient. He arrived on time and conducted a meticulous examination, covering all aspects of the property. Erich's attention to detail provided invaluable peace of mind in my decision-making process

Recently had Erich inspected my client's house. Had a great experience! Super thorough and really took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. No fluff—just straight facts and helpful insights. Definitely recommend if you want someone knowledgeable and easy to work with!

Good work 👏

Honest, and easy to deal company.

Definitely doesn’t even deserve one star. Called his business to offer him a commercial project in his area was super rude and has no sense of customer service stay away to avoid a very negative experience.

MOS Construction, Inc built my previous custom home on Vine Street in Vacaville and I was simply amazed by the detail in every square inch of that home. I have also seen the results of remodels they have done and the work they do is hands-down the best! No matter how small or large scale the project is, they deliver perfection! I highly recommend MOS Construction, Inc for your next project and if you are in the market for a custom home builder...look no further because the the company to choose is right here!

Monico is straightforward, honest, and reasonable. His team completely renovated a room above my garage in Dixon, CA and installed new plumbing, electrical, bathroom, kitchenette, and flooring to make it a stand alone apartment. He only hires subcontractors that are respectful and considerate of your home. His bids were competitive as well. I'd hire him again any day. Strongly recommend.
