Advanced Plumbing replaced every drain in our 60 y.o. house from the vents to the foundation -- a big job. (The original builders hung 4" copper toilet lines with steel straps, and long-term corrosion had compromised drains beyond repair). I put out calls to plumbers over the weekend and Cesar was at the house first thing Monday morning. Two other companies bid on the work, and one was willing to match the price and scope of work, but Advanced was earliest with the lowest price. Advanced gave me the option to include sewage cleanup/decontamination, but I went with another vendor -- who later told me they had worked with Advanced, with favorable things to say. The plumbers from Advanced were courteous and prompt, and wrapped up the job on schedule in 2 days (based on an estimate of 2-3 days). At the end of the project, Cesar reviewed choices like drain sizing, cleanout type and location, and other details. Advanced Plumbing guaranteed their work and I am a satisfied customer. Look, it's not a good day when you learn that your house requires $10,000+ of emergency repairs -- but in that situation, it is important to be confident that your plumber is competent, trustworthy, and hard-working. I'm extremely happy with Advanced Plumbing, heating and air. The technician Gino whom I have had for a couple of years now does an outstanding job. Very knowledgeable, professional and a very nice and pleasant individual. I called Advance Plumbing on a Friday and was able to get a same day appointment for my hot water heater, this in itself was amazing. When the technician Cesar came out he gave me all my options about my unit. Cesar worked out all the details late Friday afternoon when he should’ve been done for the day to stay and replace the unit so I’d have hot water for the weekend. What a kind, professional and knowledgeable employee. Thank you so much Cesar, you’re amazing.

We had a really good experience with Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air. They are very responsive and professional. We had a problem with out water heater, we contacted them and they came and checked everything out the same day. We got quotes for all the options they offered us. What I appreciated the most was the fact that Jason didn't try to make us change our mind and go with their products, he was being very honest about everything they offered. In the end, we chose the products offered by Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air because they offer a lot of benefits and warranties for their customers.
The next day we got the installation and it was NOT a pain at all! They moved fast, and they used all the pipes that were there already. The technicians gave us all the information we requested, and more. They were professional and we didn't feel like they were pressuring us to do this or that, nor that they were trying to rob us of money (like we experienced before).
The water heater is working just right, and we're more than satisfied. We will definitely contact them again in the future when we need assistance!

We called Advance Plumbing, Heating, and Air after returning home from vacation to find our air conditioner not working—and it was 100 degrees outside. Even though it was Sunday evening, they were able to schedule an appointment for first thing Monday morning.

Gio arrived early, which we appreciated given the forecast for another day in the high 90s. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got our HVAC unit up and running again.

The worker Rene comes today did great job to fix the air conditioner problem. However we did not understand thing is your parts for fixing the problem are much more expensive than the regular parts stores prices. If you could correct that problem there should be more customers would choose your company to fix the air conditioner problem.

Our warranty company backed out, but this office was amazing from the first call. They got us a same-day appointment, and Daniel was professional, explained everything clearly, and answered all our questions. Great experience!

Worker Rene did great job and finished the air conditioner problem. The only issue we don’t understand is your parts used are much more expensive than the parts stores charge. If you could drop the price to the regular price your job would be much better.

Noe was super nice and very professional and straightforward. He assessed the problem and gave us a not to exceed quote so we knew up front what our cost would be. I would recommend Advanced to anyone without any reservations at all. The prices are reasonable and the work was done quickly and professionally. I’m very pleased with the service.

Lucas did a great job of installing my LP fire pit connection. Nice guys, meticulous workmanship . Pricy, but worth it to have it done correctly.

Cesar went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and with little inconvenience he was clear about any expectations and understanding about any questions even though it was a huge job they handled it with ease and didn’t leave a single wire out of place. His crew were kind and worked super fast to get my house back normal even better than before I fact I will request them anytime I need work done in the future hopefully that won’t be anytime soon with the amazing work they did thank you again guys!
