Plumbing reviews in Davis, California

Leo has done several projects for us, everything from new gas line installations, major sewer repair, new water main, new tankless hot water system and troubleshooting other little leaks, etc. He’s honest, fair, does exceptional work, and I my go to plumber for the hard stuff or just a simple clogged pipe!

I've used Precision Plumbing twice and I trust them to get the job done well. They arrive on time and pay attention to the details. I highly recommend them!

Leo did a fantastic job and I paid a lot less than what I was quoted for by 2 other plumbing companies. He was on time, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He's definitely earned my trust and future business. 10/10 would recommend to others.

Precision has been my plumber for a few years now. They helped me with a main leak on a hot Sunday afternoon as well as various other jobs around the house including faucet leaks, kitchen faucet installation, bathtub caulking, and water heater replacement. Highly recommend Leo for any plumbing needs!

Came out same day to fix a burst pipe. Immediately got to work and figured out where the leak was. Repaired leak and put everything back the way it was that same day. Hired them again to replace kitchen faucet and leaky shower. I have added company to my file to help with any future issues I might have. Great company to work with. Highly recommend.

Leo has done work for us in both our 100+ year old house as well as helping us with a new construction build ADU in our backyard. He is professional, knowledgeable, fair and an all around great guy who does high quality work. I would highly recommend Leo and precision plumbing!

They did a good job of installing a kitchen faucet. The technician was polite and good to work with. I will definitely call them again if I have any problems with plumbing.

We finally found a plumber, Leo Maestas, we really like and respect. He is skilled, prompt, efficient, flexible, friendly, and he charges less than other plumbers. He took care of two issues perfectly, arrived promptly and didn’t waste time, while still was happy to explain anything to us we wanted to know. Highly recommend him.

I had a very difficult plumbing situation with my old home (1960’s) that sits on an elevated foundation. There was a pipe break just below the kitchen, located in the crawlspace, causing a buildup of water being drained from the kitchen sink and dishwasher…over many months. The smell was extremely bad and there was about 3 inches of standing (smelly) water all around the broken pipe. Leo and his team did an absolutely fantastic job, not only fixing the pipe but improving the flow of the drain as it was poorly designed (Leo explained this to me) and was the cause for the location of the years of pipe rust and eventual break. Leo is very communicative (via text), explains what is being done as the work progresses, is very polite, friendly and professional. I’ve used Precision Davis Plumber twice before this job and Leo always comes in with the lowest and most competitive bid. This latest job was not an easy one, and not a job anyone would ever really want to do because of the smell, tight crawl space, and laying in dirty water while doing the repair. I will continue to use them and I will always highly recommend them to anyone.
