Constraction reviews in Del Mar, California

Highly recommended for anyone who wants their floors and surfaces to shine again!

They arrived at exactly 8:00 am, were extremely respectful and professional, and left me several hours later with a floor that glows from every angle! I love my floors. The before and after look was astounding! I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

They're were no surprises & the work came out great. We had a master bath restored which included counter tops & a shower. They all look very good. The workers were polite & new what to do. I would hire them again. Thankyou!

Incredible service from Prestige Tile & Stone Cleaning Del Mar. They restored the shine to my marble floors, making them look immaculate. Highly recommend!

This company provided excellent service and the crew were knowledgeable, speedy and friendly. I would absolutely use them again and refer others to their service. We had really bad ceramic tile with questionable grout, but these guys went right in and made it happen. We have “new” looking ceramic tile now.

Prestige Tile & Stone Cleaning Del Mar did an amazing job on our kitchen tiles. Their team is professional, efficient, and thorough. I couldn’t be happier!

I highly recommend Prestige Tile & Stone Cleaning to anyone in the Del Mar area looking for top-tier tile and stone care. They are reliable, skilled, and deliver outstanding results!

Prestige evaluator Andrew Mills arrived 15 mins. late because the Del Mar office sent him from El Cajon for an estimate. He was not informed that I requested an estimate for restoration. He saw part of the floor had a commercial sealer on it and would be removed. I acknowleged that and told him he was the expert and I wanted the floor restored. Somehow he became hung up on what sealer or impregnator should be put on after restoration. I told him he was the expert and I was looking for his advice. He continued to discuss the sealer which would be removed with the restoration. I told him I didn’t know why he was focused on the sealer and that I planned to follow his recommendation. If he recommended an impregnator, not a sealer that was fine. He said he didn’t want to work with me and cancelled the estimate and walked out. This was very odd and does not recommend the company.

Prestige Tile & Stone Cleaning Del Mar exceeded all expectations! They cleaned our tile and stone surfaces to perfection, restoring the original shine and making everything look brand new.

Thanks to Jim, Kevin and team for a great experience with our loft remodel - all the way from submitting city plans to designing and finishing the new room. Highly recommended!

It is my pleasure to provide a positive 5 star review for Jim and the Carmel Valley Contracting crew! Jim and crew are qualified hard-working and motivated professionals. Jim's ability to meet my immediate needs deserve a special mentioning, as living without a kitchen sink is quite difficult. Jim provided a competitive price quote, worked in an efficient manner, and finished the job in less time than I thought it would take. He explained the process for repair, had the right tools and extra parts, did a great job, and I would definitely have Carmel Valley Contracting back to take care of other important kitchen and bath jobs in the house.
