Elegant Rug Services did a phenomenal and beautiful job. The most impressive detail was communication. They called me the day after they picked it up just to validate how dirty it was and the expectation of a return. Such transparency is hard to come by. The cosmetic difference was there immediately but the fibers are softer than they've been in years, and even the air quality in the living room seems better.

My experience with Elegant Rug Services was great after my living room rug needed a good clean. Their staff was extremely pleasant from the initial phone call onward and very accommodating to my scheduling needs. They dropped off the rug after explaining everything they had done, and the rug looked brighter with some color changes and felt softer.

I've used another cleaner in the past and the rug came back still faintly smelly. This time around it smelled great, it basically looked new and I didn't have to worry about going back out and replacing it. I would absolutely use them again.
