good work from the repairman (Cody T.) This was a last minute, holiday weekend request. Cody came within 2 hours and completed the cleaning, which exceeded my expectations due to the condition of the carpet. Cody was professional and courteous, I will definately do a by name request for him in the future!

as a first-time client, i found the entire process of booking an appointment to completion with mar steam team to be straightforward. i was kept well-informed through both email and text about the cost, expected arrival time, and even when they were just 15 minutes away. javier and luis were both respectful and considerate. they took extra caution while moving the furniture around. in del mar, this was indeed a delightful experience with carpet cleaning.
