i called for an estimate and got a quick response, even on a sunday. melvin came out the next day to look at my carpets and gave me a fair quote for cleaning the whole house. my carpets had a lot of pet stains, so it turned into a 2 day job. melvin did a pretreatment first, then came back the next morning to finish the deep cleaning. he and brian worked hard and were very detailed—they even moved my furniture for me, which was a huge help. the carpets look amazing now, almost like they're brand new. i was surprised they got the stains out of my daughter's room, since i thought those marks would never go away. all the pet stains are gone too. the estimate was clear, with no hidden fees or surprise charges. melvin was very professional and made me feel comfortable having them in my home. i would definitely recommend The Giants Carpet Care and plan to use them again in the future.
