BEWARE!!! Two Hispanic technicians were promptly sent to our home. Upon their arrival , they used the screwdrivers to whack the water pump, the pressure tank, and the float switch in the water reservoir. They quickly jumped into the conclusions without inspecting the entire well system. They offered to replace booster pump for at least $1500. They propsed to change our pressure tank PLUS the plumbing system to go with it for at least $3000 ($1500 for the pressure tank + $1500 for the plumbing work). The total estimate was close to $5000! We did not trust their evaluation due to their careless behaviors, so we paid them $140 for the service call. We decided to ask for a second opinion from another service provider. The new service provider charged us $2000 for the booster pump replacement. Plumbing work included. The need for pressure tank was completely eliminated with the new booster pump! The new service provider later found the crack on the float switch, which was probably caused by the "intentional" whack from Bradley and Sons' techinican. It costed us another $300 to replace it. We were so unhappy about it!

I couldn’t be more impressed with Bradley & Son's! Jesus and Louise came out to fix my water well pump and had everything up and running in about an hour. Their response time was incredibly fast, and they worked with skill and efficiency that gave me complete confidence in the repair.

What stood out most was how Jesus kept me informed every step of the way, explaining what he was doing and making sure I understood the process. That kind of communication gave me peace of mind and showed the care they put into their work.

I also had the chance to speak with the manager, Dan, who was friendly and professional and more than willing to help with any future needs I may have. It’s rare to find a company that combines speed, expertise, and genuine kindness, but Bradley Pump truly delivers on all fronts.

Have been pleased with Bradley and Sons from the first service call to domestic well running dry Christmas Day 2025. The whole well drilling experience has been professional from the start to the final cement pad install on new well. All of the various work crews courteous friendly professional explained each process to me. Each crew was highly efficient in the task they were doing.Crew members have been with Bradley and Sons for long times,says a lot about the company. Highly recommend Bradley and Sons .
