Please get a second opinion before you pay. Tech was not knowledgeable about unit and kept guessing what was wrong with it. Changed a part that did not need to be replaced and still had issue.

will charge you 5 times the competition!!! they charged me $475 for a basuc cleaning service of one 7 ton ac commercial!! all the guy did was water hose the unit on roof n changed 40 dollar filter

The technician that was sent to my house diagnosed the problem I had with the ac in a matter of minutes.... The capacitor had went out and Luis was able to replace it right then and there... We have not had any issues since then, Thank you MRV

Just what I needed. A decent place for what I needed.

Paid for the annual inspection on 3-15-17. MRV employee stated I needed coolant. So I paid for 2 pounds.$189total. Tried using the AC on 5-15-17 and doesn't work. Asked MRV to come check why and all of a sudden I have a coolant leak and those 2 pounds of coolant are gone. Now me and the family are sweating like in a sauna and MRV could care less. Crooked company. Do not use

I’ve had 2 techs came and look at our AC and they where charging me a lot for parts, and I had my private tech come over and he fix our AC within hour, our tech said The parts are still good. They where going to charge me over 3 k to replace all the parts. Don’t trust these guys.

Technician Mark came earlier than scheduled and had our ac unit fixed within the hour. He even took care of a hornet nest for us. Overall great service!

Nice young man came over checked out something I mentioned that was Wrong with my ac unit. I had the part replaced a few years ago for 260 dollars unfortunately it was a Sunday morning and was desperate so he came over diagnosed what I had mentioned was wrong. He quoted me 560 dollars which is ridiculous for. Part that is under 100 dollars. I went ahead and called the ones than had installed the part before and paid 320 dollars. I have nothing against the young man it’s whoever prices the services needed. I hope he is paying insurance for his workers at the prices he is charging . If you want to pay a lot go here if not try other places.
