Had Rachel come to my house for an estimate. I have never met anyone as rude and a know it all as her. She has absolutely no idea what she's doing and i honestly think she only gets work due to her Instagram. Please use one of the thousands of other HVAC companies in Cali she is very unprofessional and rhe company is a joke!!!!!

We contacted Rachel on Friday ( got her # from our local Handyman, Ignacio) regarding my elderly friends Mini split, it has had problems since she moved in 6mon ago. Rachel came out the same day and diagnosed the problem and ordered the needed parts. She returned on Monday and fixed the AC. Super friendly, punctual, and knows her stuff!!! We met Rachel from Evans Family HVAC at the grand opening of Floors and More in Chula Vista, she was such a bright light and was offering a “FREE” service for our HVAC system, so we took her up on the offer. Today she came out and was very thorough in her inspection of our a/c and forced air unit, she gave us suggestions on a couple of things that need or will need to be replaced soon.
