We contacted Rachel on Friday ( got her # from our local Handyman, Ignacio) regarding my elderly friends Mini split, it has had problems since she moved in 6mon ago. Rachel came out the same day and diagnosed the problem and ordered the needed parts. She returned on Monday and fixed the AC. Super friendly, punctual, and knows her stuff!!! We met Rachel from Evans Family HVAC at the grand opening of Floors and More in Chula Vista, she was such a bright light and was offering a “FREE” service for our HVAC system, so we took her up on the offer. Today she came out and was very thorough in her inspection of our a/c and forced air unit, she gave us suggestions on a couple of things that need or will need to be replaced soon. Rachel came out to work on my AC and was super Knowledgeable. Other company's did not help me and wanted to sell me a new system. My AC problem ended up being a thermostat. I am going to recommend the Evan's Family to anyone that needs a real HVAC repair company for home or business.

Rachel Evans is an expert in the field. She deeply cares about the customer experience and quality of work. I hired her and Evans HVAC to revamp my HVAC system and could not be happier. I had a bunch of original sheet metal ducting and rusted out components. She replaced all the ducting with flex ducting. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean everything was left after the job was complete. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Her team was respectful and hard working. Her prices were very fair. Highly recommend!

Rachel was prompt and extremely helpful with finding the issue with our home (suspected gas leak). Once discovering the issue she talked through various options and helped us quickly get it resolved. She even continued to check in with us after the work was done which was very thoughtful.

Racheal is very professional, punctual, and thorough. She carefully inspected our air conditioning unit, checked the capacitor, and identified that it was not working. She also made sure the foyer was clean before leaving. After determining that the breaker needed to be replaced, she came back the same day, replaced it, and stayed to ensure the AC was working properly. Excellent service! We would definitely use her again and look forward to having her continue our maintenance work going forward.

Best HVAC company I’ve ever worked with! I’ve hired Evans Family HVAC for two projects around my home – first, to remove and relocate my condenser during construction, and again to clean my mini splits and they’ve exceeded expectations both times. They always do excellent work and are much more affordable than other companies. Highly recommended!

They installed a new air conditioner for me. I had previously been dealing with another HVAC vendor and was very frustrated by them. Working with Rachel was a welcomed change. She was able to resolve an issue I had with the previous vendor, explained everything to me, and got the new AC installed quickly. I haven't had any issues with it since. They have great and quick customer service. I would highly recommend working with this company!

I’ve worked with Brittany on over 40 ADU units, as well as single-family homes and commercial projects, and she has been extremely reliable and professional throughout all of them. Her scheduling is always on point, communication is clear, and she consistently follows through.

Had Rachel come to my house for an estimate. I have never met anyone as rude and a know it all as her. She has absolutely no idea what she's doing and i honestly think she only gets work due to her Instagram. Please use one of the thousands of other HVAC companies in Cali she is very unprofessional and rhe company is a joke!!!!!
