We hired Solution 1 Building Services for a deep post-pest control cleaning, and they exceeded our expectations. After our pest extermination, we were highly concerned about toxic chemical residues and hidden biological waste. The crew from Solution 1 arrived promptly and tackled the space with meticulous detail. They deep-cleaned baseboards, sanitized food-preparation surfaces, and used HEPA vacuums to clear out all dust and pest debris. The property smells incredibly fresh and feels completely safe for occupancy again. Their team was professional, knowledgeable about post-treatment safety, and exceptionally thorough.
