These awesome folks are now installing a new HVAC system. I couldn’t ask for a more careful, attentive and professional group of installers. Just like when they installed my solar system and replaced my generator in the middle of a snowstorm. They are simply the best!

Comfort Control was the only company willing to help me on a system they didn't install. The company that originally installed my is no longer in business. Comfort Control replaced inverters and solar panels for me quickly and with excellent service! I highly recommend them! Life Savers!

Very respectful and professional. It was easy to work with Cecil. Everything he said, he did. Workers were very conscientious and mindful of our property while they worked and kept our property clean each day. Workers were informative and explained what they were doing throughout the project. Definitely a 5 star company.

I called Comfort Control Heating Air Conditioning on New Year’s Day and they actually answered the phone. I figured I would get an answering machine and have no idea if or when I would get a call back. I have a rental property and the renter said the propane heater stopped working. They were able to come out the next day. It ended up being some air in the line as the propane tank had recently been moved and the lines were not blown out by the propane company?????? They did a cleaning on the fireplace and I am very happy with this company. They had given me a window of arrival between 11am and 1pm. They arrived at 10:45am. This company was Great, prompt, professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them and I will be calling them for any further problems.

This company is amazing! The owner and his son came out to give me an estimate. They were so friendly and warm. I couldn’t afford to much but he gave me a great deal and because my heater was a safety issue he got his guys to come out the next day to keep mom and I safe and warm.
Ryan G and Chris H came out early and installed my new system. They were funny and kind. They put down carpet covers and cleaned up. The work they did is amazing! Up and down attic stairs!!! I am very pleased with this company’s work ethic and product.

Called about my mini splits not working. Gentleman came out quickly and spent about 30 minutes checking out the system. Then told me it had a leak somewhere and they would need to make another appointment to trace leak and that it could be very costly......

What's the charge for this you ask? Over $300 as they charge.....$288 PER HOUR! He very sweetly let me know he only charged for a half hour even though he wasn't supposed to and then the service call, and yeah.... NO THANKS!

Sent out a blast online and found Son Ray. They showed up a day later. Found the leak in about 5 minutes flat... easy fix.... He doubled checked the entire line for any other leaks. Cleaned items and was here for 3.5 hours, added 3 lbs of coolant and charged a grand total of $720.... I could easily have had this cost and not the extra $300+ from the non help of Comfort Control.

This company is a no go for me moving forward. Try Son Ray in Pollock Pines!

I won't go into the problem but, I will go into the response to the problem. Our contact Cherry was VERY personable! She walked us through EVERY problem and stumbling block.
The installers we VERY professional! That didn't speak in " technical gibberish, they explained EVERYTHING. Installers Ryan, Chris and Dylan were AMAZING!

We contacted Comfort Control based on the great reviews, and we needed to upgrade our old heating and air conditioning unit. It was very easy to talk to Dan(sales), he is very knowledgeable and experienced and didn’t pressure us. We were able to pick out a unit, and the unit was installed quickly and professionally by some of the nicest and most knowledgeable team members in the business. Allen was the lead tech during this installation, and we are very pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend them from the experience we've had. Best of the best.

We called Andrei as he was referred to us by a relative. He seemed busy but found the time to come by to check our ducting in the attic. It ended up being a relatively quick fix and he did the right there and then. He’s a stand up business person. Thanks Andrei.

Comfort Control installed our mini-split system, and they have been wonderful at helping us maintain it. When I called after hours and left a message requesting service, they texted me, and then called me first thing in the morning. They had a technician on the job within hours and had our studio unit pumping out cold air well before noon. They do not disappoint! Thank you!

I would recommend this company. They are knowledgeable, reliable, quick and reasonably priced. We had a mini split system and a brand new HVAC system installed. It was done very well and our house has never been so cool! Staff is friendly. My only feedback is that I had to follow up for our final inspections for permits several times on both projects, but they did get completed.

We have been using Comfort Control since 2003 because they are awesome and because we have never had an issue with them. They are professional and have always done a great job of servicing and maintaining our heater and air conditioner each year.

Today, we had a heater installed by Bennett and Dave. These guys know their stuff. They were very thorough in explaining how things work and answering my questions. They were prompt (as Comfort Control always is) and cleaned up excellently after themselves. Kudos to them.

I just closed on a cabin and then found out the heat was not working upon move in. We contacted home warranty and they sent out Comfort Control, in which they found the unit severely damaged and had to condemn it. We had no heat for several days and home warranty denied coverage due to system condition. We had to pay out of pocket to replace it, but Comfort Control went above and beyond to loan us some space heaters in the mean time. They quickly schedule to find a replacement and went out on a Sat to install. They did an excellent job pulling out old unit and setup new one although it was difficult to navigate around the snowy cabin.

On another occasion, my old water heater went out and no plumber was available to come out. Comfort Control once again came to rescue and quickly provided an estimate and willing to schedule coming out even on a New Year for us. Many thanks for their great service and always quick to response to urgent request. Highly recommended and we definitely will use them again for future service!!!
