Greiner is the only place where I would buy a new heater and AC from. They are easy to get ahold of, redd respond quickly and very dependable. The office staff is great and each technician that has come out for either installation, service or maintenance has been outstanding. Today, Xavier L. and Carlos L. performed a maintenance check on two separate units that we have and they couldn’t have been more friendly, courteous, helpful, and personable. Each of them are very knowledgeable and good at explaining things. I really appreciate the owner for caring so much about providing excellent service and taking such good care of the employees!
