Tech was great

Sam is awesome he came to my home on a home warranty went above and beyond got us up a running then ultimately came back out to replace our ac and furnace very nice and courteous very professional

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with S M Air. From the moment their technician arrived, the encounter was marked by a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy.

Firstly, the technician refused to explain what they were doing at any point during the visit. I asked multiple times for a brief overview or any information regarding the issues they were addressing, but I was met with vague responses and an unwillingness to communicate.

Moreover, they did not provide any form of diagnostic report. I expected a detailed explanation or at least a summary of what was wrong with my HVAC system and what needed to be done to fix it. Instead, I was left completely in the dark about the condition of my system and any potential costs for repairs.

To make matters worse, the technician was incredibly rude throughout the entire visit. Their demeanor was dismissive, and they seemed annoyed by my questions and concerns. This lack of respect and customer service is unacceptable.

Finally, the technician simply left without sharing any information or next steps. I was left standing there, bewildered and frustrated, with no understanding of what had been done or what needed to happen next.

Overall, my experience with S M Air was abysmal. Their refusal to communicate, lack of diagnostic information, rude behavior, and abrupt departure without any explanation left me completely dissatisfied. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Would not recommend I was left without air conditioner for the summer because of this company sm air inc they claimed no access available so I paid out of pocket to have access created had a different company come by and they fixed my ac in less then an hour didn't need access just had knowledge and will to get the job done
