I was wondering if this company send its "best" customers representatives to talk to people and give away papers even though they are drinking alcohol before they talk to US, REALLY!.

We had windows and H vac put in by them about 5 years ago and today I need a few window's repaired and we can't get any answers as to who we call for service.
