I have a very old dog and sometimes he has accidents. When it started to stink up my house, I knew I had to do something. I cleaned the rug with water but it just didn’t work. The yellow stains were still there. Then I remembered Royal Rug Cleaning Service and their promise to fix your rugs if they have pet urine smells and spots. That's when I called them. When I got my rug back, it smelled very clean and I could not see the yellow marks anymore. So happy to have a clean house again. Royal Rug Cleaning Service are the best in Downey!

The communication with the technician was poor and the process and procedures were a bit unprofessional. I’m still waiting to receive my rug and I haven’t gotten any updates.
