I recently had a significant issue with my new AC units after they were installed. The HOA Board sent me a citation about the exterior wiring, which caused quite a headache. During the installation, the technician told me that there was a broken wire and one that was missing - both of which needed to be replaced.

I submitted an architectural application to get approval from the HOA Board for the new wiring, but unfortunately, it was denied. However, Elim HVAC was more than willing to meet with me at my property to understand why the application was rejected and what needed to be done to resolve the issue.

The technician then came back to reroute the wiring according to our discussion, spending over 6 hours on the job without charging me extra. They also painted over the conduit with a matching paint color that I provided. After several months of back and forth between Elim HVAC and myself, as well as the HOA Board, the citation was eventually removed.

Throughout this process, Elim HVAC worked closely with me and the board to resolve the issue. Their professionalism and diligence in getting everything corrected earned my respect and trust. As someone who has not personally met the owner of Elim HVAC, I am confident that their business ethics are reflected in their employees' actions.

I called Elim a few weeks ago when my heater was acting up. The office staff were super professional and got me an appointment for the same day, which was a lifesaver since I have kids with asthma. They were in and out quickly while fixing the issue and also recommended a filter change. A few days later, they came back to service my system on Wednesday. Their service was top-notch and impressive - especially considering I had to get it done ASAP due to health concerns. To top it all off, I received a nice discount for their excellent work.

Quick and trustworthy service - they prioritize their customers. We've had our AC system serviced by them for a while now, usually once before the summer months start.
