My AC stopped working without warning yesterday. I reached out to SouthWest this morning and they scheduled an appointment for later that day. Erick, the technician, was courteous and informed. He thoroughly inspected everything. Thankfully, it wasn't my unit that failed but the fan motor, a more affordable fix than replacing the whole unit. The part had to be ordered, and he'll return tomorrow to install. Overall, I'm satisfied with the initial visit. Fingers crossed for a successful second visit.
