What a joke! Spoke to a lady at this company who told me the technician was on site. An hour and a half later I showed up no one was here and they don't know where their technician is. If you want to have somebody waste your time use this company

Amazing job! A section of my grandparents' old carpet really needed some cleaning after my grandfather passed away. The spot around his recliner was dirty from years of spills and other things. We plan to switch to Pergo soon, but we wanted the carpet cleaned first because we're hosting a celebration of life before we change the floors. Now, that unpleasant, smelly mess is completely gone, along with the odor! I’ll definitely be reaching out for help with our hardwood and Pergo once the carpet is replaced!

Cordova Brothers Carpet Cleaning really came through for us! We had a major issue with water damage due to a poor siding job. Water had snuck in through a window, but they identified the problem so we could get it rectified. Upon further inspection, we discovered that water had also seeped into the basement walls through a gap in the siding. The team from Cordova Brothers Carpet Cleaning promptly sent out everett for FREE to assess the damage and determine its extent. They were genuinely concerned about whether we should file a claim or not. Ultimately, everett reassured us that the damage was minimal, repairable, and isolated. This meant no claim needed to be filed and the original contractor rectified the issue. Remarkably, Cordova Brothers Carpet Cleaning didn't charge us even though they didn't stand to gain any work from the situation. Absolutely outstanding! In previous years, we had enlisted their services for carpet and duct cleaning before moving into our Dublin home. They did a stellar job, making the place feel clean and fresh for our move. So, when we spotted the water damage, we knew exactly who to ring, and they didn't disappoint. Having dealt with subpar contractors for months, it was a breath of fresh air to work with a company that genuinely values their customers. 3:45 rolls up, I call again and oops something happened and the operator can't make it out.

No call. No show. Don't waste your time with these guys since they won't respect yours.
