Mr Elston W. was hard working, patient and explained the problem to the senior and I who was not sure if it could be reparied. He replaced the water heater in a timely manner and cleaned up the area and we would definitely call again!

Luis is great, and has been part of the Moore Mechanical Team for years. Now CastleWorks is the parent company, but many of the same team including Luis. They are very good.

After the install he went over every detail of the new heater and made sure I knew what to do in case of an emergency. We had a pin hole in our water heater pipe, shooting water to the wall as well as making a mess on the floor of the garage. Luis Valencia and Jovan Fortune from this company came over and fixed the issue very quickly. Both of them answered every question we had and did a very neat job. I will highly recommend them.

Great service from Amanda and Nam. We had hot water back after less than 24 hours. Nam (technician)analyzed and explained our issue, and replaced the controller as needed. Very reliable and efficient folks.

I had a leaking water heater and called Castleworks to get a technician to take a look ! Luis Valencia came d to to do the repair ! He was the best person I have ever dealt with emergency repairs ! He educated me on what happened and the cost of the repair ! My new water heater was installed within 2hours and he was a pleasure to work with !

Our water heater started leaking yesterday at 4 PM and CastleWorks was able to send a technician, Elston, out by Noon the next day. Elston went through all of our options and pricepoints and even financing. Once we decided which unit to go with Elston acted quickly and was able to replace with a brand new gas water heater within a few hours. Very professional and a perfect gentleman!

Nam explained all of my options, costs, and benefits. Friendly and cleaned up after he finished. If I have any future water heater needs, I'll definitely give them a call.

Noritz error code 90 due to airflow issue. Serviced by Elston, who was fantastic. He did a thorough service, removing the manifold and fan, cleaning it of all dust and debris that inhibited the airflow, and the problem did not repeat last night. It usually occurred twice a night. So we think it’s resolved permanently.

Josh and Jake were awesome! They displayed great customer service, were respectful, courteous, hard working and got the job done quick. Very knowledgeable and explained everything so I wasn’t left guessing about anything. I greatly appreciate what they did for us. Highly recommend!
