Mr Elston W. was hard working, patient and explained the problem to the senior and I who was not sure if it could be reparied. He replaced the water heater in a timely manner and cleaned up the area and we would definitely call again!

Own a 2 yr old water heater with a 6 yr warranty. The gas valve in the central control unit stopped operating. Had to replace ALL of the unit, wiring and hose for over $600. Felt over charged. I asked Chris, a VERY polite, knowledgeable and capable fellow to go ahead and perform an annual tank drainage while he was present. The bill went over $800. The company folks were all polite & easily understood. They were wonderfully timely on short notice ( I called around 9:15, Chris came around 11:15, on my rare Monday off.) The balance of my immediate need vs the financial impact of the service is hard to judge.

Daniel was Awesome! Clean, communicated with us About what was gonna happen. Even answer questions about other products they have available.
