We've had no problems with our solar installation, both when it was installed and ever since it started running almost a year ago. Our family has also been very pleased with the bill reviews. Owning solar is just like owning a car. However, in the car market there are a lot of cars. Most solar companies are like Honda - great to get you from A to B, but not as good as a Mercedes. Solar Bill is the Mercedes of Solar. The explanations and experience have been top notch. Although there was a supply chain delay, we were kept informed and all our questions answered with integrity and honesty. Furthermore, Bill and his team were fantastic in meeting our needs and working with other members of our families who also got solar. We have been interested in solar for many years, but until we met Don Burkhart, we have been told that solar was not feasible because of the trees next to our house. Don suggested that it would be possible to put some panels on the house and some on the garage (the garage has less shade on it), so we set up an appointment with Bill Gurgol to talk over the cost and benefits of solar.

In our conversations with Bill we were impressed with his knowledge of the process of getting solar. Everything that Bill told us about the timeline and the function of solar were spot on and we are very happy with our system.

Bill also told us about the Hooked on Solar team installing our system would be a one day process and we were very happy with how professional and friendly they were.

Solar Bill Review team has been an amazing partner with us in getting solar panels installed at home. I have had review sessions with a few more solar companies where the selling point is mostly about solar being the future / rebates and that in general it saves for costs in the long run (wisely used), they didn't personalize the discussions that close to what this team did. A very clear process detailing the next steps, periodical communication throughout the phases, quick installation and guidances are a plus. Lastly, it doesn't get over with just installation, rather they have periodic reviews 3 / 6 months down the line to ensure what was on the contract was something that is rightly getting delivered (so we get the right benefits as expected) and they also give ideas on how to best maximize on this investment to solar. Jon Landsman has been great since day one! Since our initial meeting with Jon, he has always been focused on our needs and concerns. He wasn't trying to pressure us and get us to buy solar panels through Solar Bill Review. Jon took the time to explain everything, thoroughly. He wasn't trying to sell and he didn't pressure my mother and I into buying solar panels through him and his company. That is why my parents and I decided to go with Jon, after getting estimates from 3 other solar companies.

Our solar panels were installed March 2020 and it is, currently, May 26, 2023 as I am writing this review immediately after the annual review. After 3 years, Jon continues to go above and beyond! I didn't expect someone would still be working for the same company (because people tend to move from company to company) and keep in touch with their customers. Low an behold I get a phone call from Jon Landsman's office, last week, to do an annual bill review with Jon! 3 years and he took the time to reach out and keep in touch!

I emailed my PG&E bill statements to him at the last second before our annual bill review started on "Zoom" and he was the one that was concerned about certain months that there was high energy usage. He was able to review the statements, immediately, and spot the concerns, right away.

During the annual bill review, everything we went over was very beneficial and he was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining my electric bill statements. The bonus was when we went more in depth in my household energy usage, he provided tips and advice to save a lot more on my "True Up" amount. If you don't know what "True Up" means in Solar Energy Bill, Jon is great in explaining what it means.

In addition, we were interested in adding more panels but because of the plan we are currently in Jon explained the pros and cons if we added more panels. We would lose our current plan and be on the new plan which would be more costly. I can keep going and I can't say enough!

Overall, thank you Jon for being focused on the customer, being honest, and keeping in touch with your customers! Your knowledge that you share is very valuable. You truly know how to provide a "WOW" customer experience! We can't say thank you, enough!!!

Also calculated the usage with and with out EV, which helped me to decide the final number of panels needed for me.
