nathan is a top-notch hvac professional. he showed up ahead of time, which was fantastic. was busy for the day so his early appearance was a pleasant surprise! he inspected my air conditioner tucked in the furnace/water heater closet and the outdoor unit. everything was in order. nathan adjusted the blower settings for the ac. what an impact it created. the ac operates much more silently now and the air is evenly spread through all the vents. really value that nathan did this! if you require an hvac professional from air cond heating and refridger, conner would be a great choice! much appreciated!

the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! marvin, the on-call supervisor on a sunday night, responded to our call when our furnace wasn't producing hot air. he assisted us in diagnosing the problem, even using video chat to guide us step by step. marvin stayed on the line with us for approximately 20 minutes, ensuring we could handle the issue ourselves and that the furnace was functioning correctly. this saved us from spending a night without heat and needing to call out a technician for a minor maintenance issue in eagle rock. very appreciative of the assistance!

During the annual maintenance check, the technician discovered an issue with our outdoor AC unit not receiving power. He was persistent in his search for the problem. Coincidentally, the generator service expert, Ernest, was also present, replacing a generator part. Ernest decided to inspect the generator load device box and identified a faulty circuit, which was interfering with the AC unit's power. He managed to bypass this circuit, enabling Raymond from Air Cond Heating and Refridger to complete the AC servicing. Raymond was determined and didn't stop until he had the AC functioning properly, ensuring we had air while waiting for our electrician to replace the faulty circuit. We appreciate Raymond's perseverance and refusal to give up.

our home warranty company sent air cond heating and refriger out after the previous technician was unable to diagnose the issue. wayne arrived on time and was very professional. he took the time to accurately diagnose the furnace, explained his process and findings, and even made calls to find the needed circuit board. although he mentioned that no suppliers had it in stock and it might take a while, he assured us they would keep us updated. the very next day, the owner called to inform us that the part was ordered and we would receive it as soon as possible. i appreciated that personal touch. they pleasantly surprised us when the part arrived sooner than expected, and wayne returned promptly for the installation. once again, we were impressed by his dedication and are thrilled to have our old furnace running just in time for the cold weather.

This led to some scuffs on the corner walls and doors during the material transport. However, the company's response was quick and apologetic, and they promptly arranged for a drywall team to refurbish the entire entryway and hallway ceiling. This ensured that the damage was completely unnoticeable, which was commendable. The only suggestion for improvement would be to not rush through the job and to exercise utmost care while carrying out the installation process. Given the steep rise in the cost of HVAC services in recent times, this aspect becomes even more crucial. That said, they managed the situation quite well and we acknowledge that accidents can occur. Ultimately, the HVAC system is functioning superbly so far, and the team, including Dillon and Marvin, were efficient in answering our queries throughout the process.
