Recently, I move to a new house and met bunch of construction guys. Gatica is the best of all. If you work with these guys, I bet you are lucky.

Jube and his team are the best. Honest, hard working and they do outstanding work.

Jubentino and his crew from Gatica's Construction put up four posts at my house today which hold up my deck. They did a terrific job, doing more than what I expected by adding metal braces even centering two of the posts we did not discuss adding extra strength and making them easier on the eye. Everyone was very professional, respectful and clearly know their jobs very well.
Highly recommended!

What sets them apart is their ability to manage the entire process end-to-end professionally from creating engineering plans, securing city approvals and permits, to ensuring everything complies with local rules and regulations. No headaches or worries on my end! The team is incredibly professional, quick to respond via email or phone, always transparent about timelines and costs. Their pricing is reasonable, especially considering the high-quality workmanship. I've never had issues with subpar materials or shortcuts; everything is built to last. We have used Soto brothers for several house projects including updating all of our bathrooms with a full remodel of our master bath. They also replaced our decaying deck. All of the workers are professional, multi-talented, and are fully trustworthy. The final cost has come in exactly as the bid unless I added extra to the project. I would highly recommend them to any homeowner if you want quality work and great service within a reasonable budget.

with the professionalism and detail oriented results of
my project that I will. The Sotos not only completed the
work on time as agreed, but they finished even the small
details that most contractors just brush off, including
touch ups, testing of features, and complete clean up.
When they left, the unit was ready to show to prospective
tenants who can be very demanding. I will be directing

Cesar and his team did extensive remodeling work (e.g. complete new kitchen, hardwood floors, interior/exterior paint), new fixtures, landscaping and sod lawn, and more all in preparation for us selling our Los Altos Hills home. When the Covid-19 lockdowns hit in the middle of this effort, he was flexible and accomplished as much work as could be done practically and safely. He was also open to competitive bids (that I brought in) for some aspects of the work effort. He was also extremely reasonable in pricing change orders that were required once their work began. I would hire him again without hesitation and would highly recommend him to others.

I would highly recommend iBuild. They did our backyard patio job and did an excellent job of demoing the old concrete and laying new tiles. The crew is very professional and the job was done on time. Also, the team kept us informed about plan and progress all the time. I was impressed by their hard work, dedication, and craftsmanship

iBuild Construction just completed a job for us where their team took care of the framing, siding, electrical and plumbing.

Cesar and his team were very reliable and a real pleasure to work with. We were pleased with the results and happy that they were able to match the siding perfectly.

We were very happy to find Cesar and iBuild Construction to replace a water damaged support beam above our garage door. We've talked w/ 2 other contractors and they were reluctant to take on the job in the timeline that we needed. Cesar came by the next day after we contacted him and was able to tell us exactly what needed to be done, both best and worst case scenarios and provided a formal quote by the next day. His teams were on-time each day that they were here and did a good general cleanup before they left for the day. In addition to replace the beam, they also helped find the root cause and fixed the slow leak that have been a constant problem for the last 20 yrs that other contractors that we used in the past couldn't find.
After all the constructions are done, they also power sprayed our driveway (all pavered) to clean out the fine dust and our driveway is looking the same (clean) as before :)

Overall, we're very please with the outcome of the work and the price is very fair and reasonable. The entire team is very professional, friendly and funny too -- we'll definitely call on iBuilder Construction again in the future. Thanks Cesar!!!
