Good and honest plumber with fair prices.

Santos installed all of our plumbing for our new salon. He’s been our plumber every since. Today he repaired our water heater.

Very grounded in his profession. Pays adequate attention to details.

Emergency Service: Toilet was blocked & would not flush. Called this company and they came over and cleared the blockage. Service was great, the repairman was very pleasant and very affordable. I will use them again should the need arise.

methodical about running to ground what the root problem is. His work is impeccable, he is trustworthy and punctual. I cant say enough good things about Scot Cole plumbing! After a bad experience with another plumbing company, they restored my faith in plumbers! They did a kitchen laundry/ drain reroute. They started the same day as they quoted me & finished the job in the time frame they promised. They were respectful of my property. Cleaned up after themselves, stayed in communication with me & didn't try to use scare tactics to get more money! ANTHONY & CHRIS are the dream team. Thanks again u earned a customer for life.

Thank you Scott Cole plumbing. Our 2nd slab leak meant a whole house repipe was the right solution. They came out and explained everything to us. They explained the process and the damage they would have to do as well as how they would repair it. Their pricing was far better than their competitors. Having a whole house repipe is a stressful thing but they followed through on everything they promised. Of course painting isn't included but with the drywall repair and texture I'm sure after we repaint it will look great. A fair, honest plumber is hard to find and I'm glad we chose Scott Cole plumbing.

Meh. Plumber requested to use my hose, my buckets, my towels. Left a giant, crooked hole in my wall. Oversized for the repair needed which then required me to make it bigger to patch it correctly. This is the 2nd service with this company. Plumbers finished work is somewhat sloppy compared to previous plumbers. New shutoff valve is not flush with wall as it was installed crooked. Quick to arrive and the job was completed as requested.

They've been great, used them two times now for two different things. I liked that they were communicative on the phone and that they gave me a quote before getting to the house. They do quick work but are clean and professional. I would go with them again in the future.

The service and timeliness of my experience was outstanding. I have zero complaints about the plumber Anthony that they sent out to my house, he was great, he worked hard and completed my repair quickly and efficiently. He was friendly, nice to talk to, and showed up on time. I needed a pressure regulator replaced and my hot water heater flushed and they quoted me a number I felt was a little high but to their credit they showed me an itemized receipt for the part I needed and worked with me on price of the service. We settled on a number we both felt was fair and I feel their honesty and desire to make me satisfied as a customer will keep them as my top plumber phone call when needed next time.

I see why they have five stars. They work with you to make sure you're satisfied and that's a relatively rare sight these days. I felt they were honest with me and that will make them my first call next time myself or someone close to me needs their service.

Scott Cole Plumbing did an awesome job of helping us with our home repair! We had a faulty water heater that was under warranty but needed replacing. Dave and Reuben came out to replace it, and we couldn't be happier! They arrived on time, were clean and professional, and changed the water heater at no cost. They honored the warranty and guaranteed their work. We will definitely call them for all of our plumbing needs, and absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Great friendly service. The number I called went directly to Mr. Cole’s cell phone and he was very direct. I purchased a water heater from Ferguson’s and he had his team pick it up the next day and installed it that morning. David and Ruben were very professional and did a great clean job. I bid two other companies for this job and went with Scott Cole because they were the most flexible, had the best price, and most direct. I would use them again and recommend them to my neighbors.

My morning did NOT start off good. I went to turn on the kitchen faucet and the water was just dripping out, then went to the bathroom sink water just dripping out. WE HAVE NO RUNNING water. I thought it was the City turning off our water because they are installing new water meters. I called the City and they said “No, we haven’t started that work yet” knowing there was something in our house that was not working properly. We called Scott Cole Plumbing at 4:00 pm, Scott diagnosed the issue over the phone, had one of his plumbers get the pressure regulator and come over to install. We are 100% back in business within a few hours. Call Scott Cole Plumbing you will NEVER be disappointed. They do excellent work and always want to please and fix the issue you are having. Now, if you will excuse me, I have dishes and laundry to do.. LOL. Thanks guys!
