Great place, nice environment, great work

I don't know how good their work is but if their work is anything like the way they drive around town it's a joke, talk about selfish & dangerous ! Try NOT texting & almost smashing into people while driving. This guy was so involved in his talk text he didn't even realize he almost caused a major accident

GMC painted my house and the result was amazing. It looks like a new house. He pays attention to details and his price was fair.

Moreno GC built our ADU and we are more than happy with the result. Cruz and Efrain and their team all do amazing, extremely high quality work. Everyone, including all subcontractors, was professional at all times, respectful of the property and neighbors and communicated very well with us throughout the process. They delivered the project on time and on budget. They also went above and beyond, working with us to get every detail exactly as designed/envisioned, and in many cases better. I'm an architect and pretty particular about everything from foundation and frame to finish and my expectations were consistently exceeded. I highly recommend them for ground up construction, remodels and landscaping projects.

My Wife and I had a great experience with CRM. Cory, Cannon, Anthony and team made the process simple, explained everything in detail, quoted a very reasonable price and followed through quickly. We had a deteriorated asphalt driveway on a significant slope and they handled it with ease. The team was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They removed all of the driveway in 1 day, graded, replaced cleanouts, and installed a new drain on day 2, paved on day 3 and sealed on day 4. Just as described. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our driveway went from embarrassing to pristine in 4 days. Thanks again guys!!

Needed to replace 50 feet of old cast iron sewer pipe at a rental property fast. I call Friday and they were their Saturday morning 7 30am, trenched out by 9am with the removal of cast pipe. I had working bathrooms by 3 30pm thx!

They put in a new shower for my parents and did a fabulous job! Not only were they fast, communicative and came in under budget but Spario was very polite and courteous to my parents who stayed in the house during the construction. He went out of his way to make sure they were comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommend! This renovation has made helping my disabled mom shower so much easier.

Chip Gaylor’s and my project was a small one required to remedy a code violation. It was not appealing to several contractors we had interviewed previous to contacting Spiro Walpert. From the start Spiro was cordial and engaging as he explained to us that he took on this type of project as one of his specialties. He clearly stated what he would do and when he would do it. In every case he lived up to the commitments he had made. He also explained what the building code required and accomplished the work in as efficient a manner as possible. He maintained a positive relationship with the inspectors, which contributed to the project’s economy both financially and time wise. He definitely had our best interests at heart. And of course, the quality of his craftmanship was excellent. We highly recommend Spiro Walpert for any type of construction work.

Spiro with SL construction was contracted to do an expansion to three rooms in our facility, he was on schedule everyday and project was completed in a professional way and he was able to beat the deadline. Great customer service and workmanship.

What a wonderful contractor! Best experience I’ve had with contractors lately. I highly recommend Spiro Walpert and his company SL United Construction. I had a small job, needed baseboards replaced after some massive plumbing repairs where a wall had been taken out that had floor to ceiling mirrors and had to be replaced. (The contractor who replaced the wall was supposed to finish the job after the mirrors were re-installed but just didn’t want to take the time to finish the job and I think because he realized it could be a problem nailing them in after mirrors were installed.) I found Spiro Walpert on the Better Business Bureau and Contractor’s State License Board websites and he had good reviews and was local near my residence, so I gave him a call. He was wonderful! He came and checked out the job to be done and explained the problem and found a resolution to make it work and did a great job! He explained everything involved, what he would do and got me on his schedule even though he was busy and my job was not a very big job, although it was a big job to me to get it finished. I can’t say enough positive things about Spiro and SL United Construction. I again highly recommend Spiro and will definitely be using his services again and again whenever I need someone.

Spiro Walpert is incredibly well organized and thorough. He does a great job explaining the required work and provides a thorough and complete estimate. He was incredibly fair and he went out of his way to help me dispose of items that were no longer needed. The cosmetic aspect of his work is second to none.

I will be using Spiro in the future for jobs that are both large and small.

I contacted Spiro at SL United Construction on the recommendation of a friend who had had a similar project done. I recommend him to my friends with equal enthusiasm. The project was completed early and under budget - and the result sturdier and more visually pleasing the the original cantilevered deck that he was repairing. At every point throughout the process, Spiro communicated what to expect, making it as comfortable as possible to have the disruption of a construction project going on in the home environment. I could’t be more pleased, and I highly recommend him.

Extremely positive experience with SL United! They are patient, professional, friendly, and efficient. Happy with our retaining wall and how much it’s improved our property’s overall appearance. We took a long time to make our final decisions and Spiro was happy to revisit the drawing board when we needed to, and was very understanding with us and talked us through all of our concerns.
