Spotless commercial pressure washing is a professional and courteous company. They have state of the art equipment that can clean anything. Freddy was polite and on time! He did more than he promised and really took his time on my driveway project. I especially appreciated his next day follow up phone call to make sure that I was happy with his work.

Fred with Spotless Commercial Property has been doing such an amazing job with power washing my commercial property for over two years. Through having a conversation with him. I found out he can do the same with residential properties as well. My primary residence has dirt spots from all the rain which has been accumulating around the walls of my house over the years. Fred and his sons came over and brought a 30 foot ladder which enabled them to reach those stubborn spots that I could never reach. They applied power washing mixed with cleaning chemicals that easily removed those old dirt stains. My house totally looked like I had just give a brand new paint job. Last week I decided to give my house roof a nice shower! I called Spotless Commercial Powerwashing company and had Fred and his lovely sons go on the roof and pressure wash it all even the side walls and the sidewalks! They did it all in less than 5 hours and did an excellent job. Then they came back and applied a sealer on the entire roof a few days later and that made the house looks really amazing!! These guys are very professional and know what they’re doing. I’m glad I hired them and I highly recommend them if anyone wants to clean their house roofing and remove any mold, bacteria, or dirt.

I have used Window Hygienics for several years for both my home and office. The service is fantastic! The windows, in and out, and the screens are spotless. The before and after difference is dramatic! I also have them clean my solar panels and power wash my house and office. That work is also top notch! I have dealt with Cameron, Jeremy, and Jackson. We first met Jeremy in 2010. We had a 2-3 floor property so it was impossible for me to clean the windows. They have the necessary equipment to clean several stories. And so it began. Jeremy has cleaned our windows for years. I trust him so much, he has a set of keys to the house. The work is amazing and they take care of screens and now the sides of the house because I can’t get to the 2&3 floors. Very good work and billing practices.

Easiest way to get a high quality screen door installed! The cheap box store ones kept failing so Jeremy and his team were able to upgrade us to a much higher quality screen and it was installed within a few days!

I live on the third floor in a condo building In Mission Valley.My windows and screens look fantastic. They are so clean. I didn’t think that they were put back up. Great customer service and very prompt. I highly recommend them.
