I own an ice cream company and our grease trap needed cleaning. I called around looking for a grease trap cleaning service. After talking to a few companies I decided to hire Kauffman because of the friendliness of the receptionist (turns out to be owners wife) and the fact they are a local mom and pop small business. So glad I did. Although there was a small hiccup, they followed up and stood behind their work no questions asked - no defensive “wasn’t our fault” attitude. A true pleasure to find people like that today. I have actually signed up for 6 month service with them because of their willingness to do the right thing. Now I don’t have to call around looking for someone I can trust. I highly recommend them.

Kauffman's Grease Pumping Service and owner Sharon K were wonderful. Before I contacted Kauffman's GP, I have contacted quite a few other grease pumping companies. None of them wanted to service my grease trap, which is an overhead, suspended kind located in the garage underneath my new store in downtown San Diego. However, several of these companies I spoke with suggested that I call Kauffman's due to its great reputation of doing what few other companies can do. So I called Kauffman's GP and left a message. Sharon, the owner, returned my call right away, and sent her team, Jorge and Merlyn, the following day to look at my grease trap. Jorge and Merlyn were fabulous. They serviced my grease trap right away. While many companies do not service grease traps in garages or suspended grease traps, Sharon and her team have gone above and beyond to make sure that my grease trap was serviced to my satisfaction. I can't thank Sharon, Jorge, and Merlyn enough. 6 stars! Ooops. Sorry, 5 is the max Google offers.
