Fadi at Quality Steamer did an incredible job on our carpets. We had some really tough stains—pet accidents, coffee spills, and years of wear—and he got them all out. I honestly didn’t think the carpet could look this good again. He took his time, explained what he was doing, and made sure every spot was treated properly. On time! Carpets, couch and unexpected room all done quickly and stains gone.

He put in more solution for the badly stained areas, and they turned out very nicely, where the stain is hardly noticeable. He was efficient, courteous, and very professional. First time I used the service they gave me a $50 gift card for the next time and then the next time they said it only applied to first time customers. That was a bit disappointing. Not sure I’ll go back because of that. It’s not difficult to clean carpets with steam. The quality was about average.

The whole process was easy. The customer service rep who set up the appointment was clear and gave recommendations on services and what to expect upon arrival. Brian was very nice when he arrived and explained what he was going to do and also explained some additional services I inquired about. My carpets were pretty dirty and they look 100% better after Brian cleaned them. We did a walk through after each section where he asked if everything looked ok. The work did not take that long either. I am very satisfied with the work that was done.

Robert was able to actually get here a little early, even with the rain; he was very professional, friendly, informative, and up front with possibilities on some of the stains.
He got started immediately, checked in after each area to see if I wanted anything gone over again, and moved quickly but thoroughly through his task.
I not only smells fresh but looks a whole lot better, saw the waters...lots of dust and animal fur!
I will be using Quality Steamer for my future carpet and tile needs.

I waited several days after the work was done so everything would dry up to see how well a job they did.. The overall communications from start to finish was outstanding. From the time they came over to quote the work, to the time they left was top notch, and trust me I am a very fussy consumer.
When Robert and his helper showed up I asked them to explain the series of work and what would come first and last. We had carpets, tile and furniture for them to do.
Some furniture chairs, tile floors, upstairs and downstairs, were all very tricky in my opinion, but after they explained what they felt would be the best way to do the work, I was in total agreement.
I tried myself to remove a few stains over the last few months, I was not successful, but they did perform a few miracles and got them out.
Definitely worth having them come out and give you a cost on the work to be performed.. Keep in mind that EVERYTHING in 2024 has become more expensive, welcome to California, just the nature of the beast. But their pricing is all up front and No Surprises when they show up..

Roger did a great job on our carpets. He arrived early, was very knowledgeable about carpets & different cleaning solutions. He was in and out in a little over an hour. Pricing was reasonable.

I highly recommend Quality Cleaners. From initial call to completion of job Fadi Saeed was very pleasant and went above and beyond to get my carpets cleaned. My daughter moved out last weekend and is getting married this weekend, carpets were visibly dirty and needed to be cleaned before out of town guest arrived. Fadi was able to squeeze me in. Phone quote was accurate and reasonable. Carpets look beautiful! It’s obvious Fadi takes pride in his work. I would higher again!
