The day before the visit, I received a text to confirm everything was set, which I appreciated. On the day of the service, I got another message at 8:30am letting me know Derek and Roger were on their way for our 9am appointment, and they arrived right on time. Both Derek and Roger looked professional and wore masks when they came in. I hadn’t originally thought about getting the dryer vent cleaned, but since both the chimney and dryer vent needed attention, it made sense to have them take care of both. While Derek handled the chimney sweep, Roger worked on the dryer vent. They put down a protective sheet to keep our floors clean, and their tools reminded me of a golf club bag. They finished up in about an hour and even showed me pictures of the cleaned chimney and vent, which was really helpful. Afterward, they sent a receipt by text.
