Luis and his team did not disappoint. Both our projects were handled professionally from quoting to completion. Luis listened to our ideas and kept us on a realistic track if our ideas were too far afield. He genuinely loves what he does, and it shows through his enthusiasm. Luis and his team treated our home as their own. They were an awesome team of professionals. We experienced all his team’s skills – electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and painting. I hired Luis to redo my kitchen, floors, bathroom, and to paint and retexturing my walls. Luis is very professional and by the book which is hard to find. He’s extremely responsive via text which for me worked great for communication. I really appreciated the clear documentation he provided for invoicing and project management.

Luis and team are extremely responsive, professional, easy to communicate with and thorough with their work. We wanted to water-proof our shed and add insulation, drywall and sliding glass doors to make the space an additional space to stretch out into. I emailed Luis with my requests and he had a quote to me just a few days later. A week after that, they got to work and just less than two weeks later, the entire shed had been updated and ready to use as a hobby room. I highly recommend them!

I loved working with Luis and his crew. They were super professional and responsive. We started with a small kitchen project and I hired him again for a larger scale garage/office conversion. They redid concrete, installed tile, painted, built a closet and installed AC/heat. Everything was done with great care. Luis communicated everything, timing and updates, with great detail and speed. Not only did Luis and his team deliver a beautifully finished bathroom, but they also went above and beyond by addressing some unexpected issues outside of the original scope of work. We recently completed a home addition with Outline GCI, led by Luis Perez, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience or the results.
