I lost partial power after PGE outage- I called the electrician that installed my breaker box multiple times with no response-
Eli responded quickly and politely - came within time specified. He fixed my breaker and then came in to make sure everything was working as it should-the tv and WiFi were plugged into a power strip which smelled like fire———I feel lucky that he took the time to be sure everything was perfect
He even took my power strip to recycle it properly.

A few years ago I hired SRY to remodel my bathroom. I was so happy with them I hired them to do another bathroom-- beautiful tile work in both. Then they did the kitchen/dining room/living room, with granite counters and tile backsplash and floors, and installed a deck. Their attention to detail regarding all their craftsmanship is a rare find. As a homeowner, if I need a contractor for any area-- bathroom, kitchen, deck, electrical, painting, roof, fence, space reconceptualizing, SRY is my go-to company. They can do it all and do a great job. I won't work with anyone else.

Fabulous work by Eli & team installing sinks & plumbing for our biolab. Minor obstacles like an unexpected concrete wall were overcome without delay and without raising the price. If you need it done both right & fast, SRY is the place to go.

SRY construction was the best choice. I have a small home that was in need of some REAL tlc. and Eli and his crew did a wonderful job of creating a wonderful home for me and my family... He saw my vision and listened to everything I said, and gave me everything I wanted and more! He went above and beyond what I wanted. He gave me things in my home I didn't expect, but couldn't be more great full. He has a wonderful crew of people who also listen and go beyond what they have to do. They were there everyday working like my house was there only project, though it wasn't they were at my house like it was. SRY is the best choice if you are a person who is an attention snob (like myself) and only goes for the best! On a budget, which they NEVER went beyond!!!

SRY Construction just transformed my unfinished basement into a beautiful living space. I interviewed over five contractors and they literally laughed at me when I described the job that I wanted done with the budget that I had allocated. The only one that didn't was SRY. Eli the owner is creative with materials and ideas. Eli created a space that far surpassed my dreams within the budget that I had allocated. Thanks SRY for making us VERY HAPPY!!!

Very happy with Eli's (pronounced Elly) skills and knowledge. He noticed multiple issues that had been missed by at least 3-5 other people previously. He's responsive and flexible too. We've done multiple projects and are planning more in the future.

For the purpose of full disclosure, Eli, the owner of SRY has been a good friend of mine for many years. Rather than thinking of my review as biased due to this friendship, it should be considered as one that is based on solid familiarity and consistency.

It is not only the projects in our own house, that speak volumes on qualities and benefits Eli and his crew offer, but it is also the experience and stories from other common friends or clients that I heard or saw firsthand.

- Funny and very personable. Hard not to fall in love with his charm
- Vast experience as well as creativity. I’m always amazed with his ability to get into a new space (e.g. Kitchen, Bathroom, all house) and immediately come up with great ideas of how to make it more functional and beautiful while being budget conscious
- Eli is great in ‘mediating’ between couples and resolving conflicts with respect to the usual challenges such as colors or fixtures choice, budget expansion etc. (Saved my marriage few times already  )

In summary, Eli and the rest of the SRY construction crew, are those professionals that anyone considering any type of renovation to their house will appreciate doing business with.

Eli and his crew redid our 30 year old large master bathroom. He listened to everything we wanted and made it happen. We now have a bathroom that is better than any spa we've been to- complete with new lighting, steam shower, jacuzzi, and outstanding tile work! We recommend him highly.

We first hired Eli and his team to replace the side door on our house and we were so impressed with the speed, skill and professionalism of their work that we brought them back to help us with several other projects. They replaced our roof, including tear-off of 5 layers; completely redid the plumbing — supply and waste — of our entire house; installed a garbage disposal and repaired tile work; rewired the electrical in our workshop; retrofitted our house for earthquakes, installing braces and sheer walls; rerouted a sump pump drain; repaired and resurfaced an outside wall that had dry rot and cracked stucco; and finally repainted the entire house! And along the way, they even repaired our lovely old chime doorbell that had never really worked properly, fixed our house number light and installed new outdoor lights! They go beyond the extra mile. I can’t say enough good things about Eli and his team. They do exceptional work and are absolutely tireless in making sure you are happy with the result. And they really can do ANYTHING! On top of this, Eli and his team are all lovely people who were a joy to work with. We feel so lucky to have found SRY Construction & Electric and will absolutely work with them on all our home needs in the future.

SRY is a great company to do business with. I love Eli's passion for each job he works on.. He takes great pride in his work and strives to give his customers what they want at an affordable price. He listens to what the customer wants and makes it happen. I have been doing business with Eli for many years and hope to continue for many more.

Eli and his team were very responsive throughout the process, and good at listening. We're happy with the quality of the work. They took on our small project as first-time home owners, and now we're encouraged to use them for any future bigger projects we have in mind.

I cannot speak highly enough about Eli (owner for SRY Construction)! Eli and his team rebuilt my mothers garage in El Cerrito after a major car accident damaged the structure. Eli is incredibly attentive to details and very responsive (by phone, text, and email). He worked very hard to ensure that all of his work was up to code with the El Cerrito planning commission and completed in a timely manner so my mother could move back into her home. I hope to work with Eli on future projects at my mother's home.
