I highly recommend this company to people who need plumbing service. Twice they replaced my water heaters ( at different times and locations ) with high quality service. They gave me the same day service when I lost my second water heater in last December. Their equipment, parts, and tools are ready, so they finished the job in about 4 hours. They hauled away all the old/wasted stuff and cleaned the job site. When we got the hot water back, we were very happy! Their workers are very professional and courteous. To be specific, when they were replacing my water heater the first time, they ran into some kind of complication. However, they kept going to get the problem solved without any hesitation. They worked in the crawl space. They did extra work but did not change their estimate. They worked hard and got the job done as soon as possible. I am very much impressed by their work ethic and really appreciate their help!

A residential real estate broker of 30 years experience, I have been fortunate over the years in finding helpful service providers on behalf of my clients who need work on their properties. I had a different kind of encounter today with the female who answered the phone at Olivero Plumbing. The request I had was for a diagnostic look at a commode which had backed up and flooded a vacant home, with a written estimate for repairs--not, perhaps, an ordinary service call, but not outside the scope of what a plumber could reasonably be expected to provide. After only the briefest description of of my client's needs, the Olivero rep cut me off with a terse "we don't do that" and had no suggestions where I might turn. They may well be excellent plumbers, but I won't be finding out.

I am very pleased with the service from Olivero’s. We had a plumbing catastrophe and they were out the next morning to provide quick aid. Our plumber, Kyle, was polite and professional. Highly recommend.

We had our house plumbing replaced to copper, Dave came out to give the estimate, he's a really good down to earth our kind of guy, he knows his stuff, told us everything they would do and they even went a little more than estimated at no additional cost, his two guys Kyle and Austin came out with Dave, he showed them what is being done, he left and they got everything done so nicely, great couple of guys, Dave came back in the afternoon to help them finish up, these guys did such nice work in a timely manner, clean job,we're so happy with their work, they went the extra mile for us at no additional charge, we would Highly recommend Olivero plumbing to anyone, I don't think you'll find a better plumbing company, we heard about them from our neighbors and are really glad we called them, I'll always call on them in the future, do yourself a big favor and call Olivero for any plumbing needs

Over the phone, the person who answered said a new water heater would be needed if there's a leak and scheduled two weeks out after the phone cut off ... actually a hard hang up while I described the PGE recommendation for a repair not replacement for a drain valve leak. Update: OP scheduled two weeks out before I clarified the recommendation from PGE. After another company replaced a part and provided maintenance, I called OP to cancel the "scheduled" appointment and you said there was nothing scheduled. Pretty clear you didn't want my business if was just a repair. When a replacement is needed, I will not return to OP.

Beyond rude customer service from a recommended service provider in the area.

After our heater refused to turn on and calling multiple local services, Olivero was kind enough to send someone the same day. Austin was quick to notice the leakage and we realized a total replacement was needed right away. They were able to schedule a replacement for the next day. We are back up and running and installation and cleanup was very professional. I highly recommend them.

An unannounced Worker banged on door at 6:30 am. Very unprofessional. I was on crutches from a major foot surgery. Something was wrong about the guy. I showed him the bathtub drain which was supposed to be looked at after sink leak repair. He started to argue with me about it. I asked him to leave. Then, he went to Police Dept to file a complaint saying I ‘threw a chair at him’. I’m 77 yrs old and on crutches with no weight on one foot. How do you throw a chair like that? Totally false. I felt threatened. My apartment door shook by his aggressive banging.

Anyone can file a police report. The company did that in an attempt to ‘protect’ themselves. I filed one against the company because of the threatening behavior of the unlicensed worker.

As a result the owner won’t service my apartment for plumbing repairs. It’s against the law to discriminate due to disability. Petty, rude, and unprofessional woman who owns the business.

I've used Olivero Plumbing for a couple of years now and had nothing but the best result. Some of the jobs were small, like unplugging drains; some of the jobs were bigger. The results were always super, and not only that, they were very economical - much less that other bigger companies I've used in the past.

They are very responsive, reliable, friendly, and professional. They're a local, family-owned business, and by now I feel like I'm part of the family. (Special shout-out to Steve, who's wonderful, and to Julie in the main office who does scheduling and billing and whatever else. I'm going to have them put in one of those Japanese toilets (forget what you call them) in a small bathroom without a sink so the toilet has the sink on top so you can wash your hands and that water does the flushing.

In short, I can't give a higher recommendation. Olivero Plumbing is the best!

Avoid Oliveros Plumbing.

This is a Tale of Two companies. The plumbers who serviced our home, particularly Vincent: competent, respectful, courteous. Waived inspection charges. All charges paid promptly and in full.

The office/management staff:  petulant, incompetent, rude beyond belief. Failed to schedule appointments. Failed to return calls.  Insulting.  Thoroughly unprofessional.

Olivero's used to be a company held in high repute. No longer.  Avoid this company.

Always stellar service from Julie and team. Olivero Plumbing has always been responsive and thorough with all of my plumbing needs. Great prices and honest service, I would highly recommend Olivero Plumbing as a service provider of choice!

Stopped in to have my running toilet fixed. Was met with the ladies in the office who were really sweet and welcoming. They were very informative and quickly got me scheduled for a repair. Toilet now runs great even better than before. Will definitely come again! Highly recommend.

Just had a service finished and the worker Steve did an excellent job! He was thorough, professional, respectful and (above all else, I believe) honest. Steve came in and performed his job well, doing his checks, assessing the situation then tackling the issue. He fixed the initial plumbing problem very quickly, and moved on to another issue. Soon after, he was all finished. I offered him a $20 tip, buy him some lunch, but he refused it. Stand up guy. I would recommend Olivero Plumbing in general and Steve in particular. Thank you, sir!
