Their team handled the installation of tile throughout the building, flooring, baseboards, and interior painting. The work was done meticulously and with great attention to detail. 1950s bathroom remodel to modern! We swapped toilet and vanity locations and also added an extra feature so I could turn on the water on the left and let the water warm up before stepping into my new shower. Promodeling designer Alexandra was absolutely great to work with. Easy communication, planning, and really made it easy for me to make quick decisions. The guys working on the bathroom were thorough and quick. I highly recommend this company and Alexandra for your next remodel project!

We hired Promodeling to redo our 1963-vintage small bathroom, on the basis of a first meeting with Alexandra, who also was project manager. She impressed us with her knowledge and attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. She really listened as we described what we wanted. Later, she assigned a terrific team to the project. The estimate was competitive and even as the project got more complicated, change orders and billing were clear. Led by Brian and his dad, Bladimir, they had an impressive array of skills and a serious work ethic. Brian was proactive about problems that arose during the job, and always explained what was going on and what options we had. Our job was a little different, in that we wanted to keep our existing toilet, vanity and sink, and cabinet, because though old, we like them. They understood and worked with us on this. We also had very nice slate tiles in the room already and the crew did their best to save as many as possible to use in the new floor, when the old one had to be pulled up. Due to issues with termites, the job was more complex, extensive (and expensive!) than originally estimated -- but the Promodeling team's professionalism and clear communication, made the whole situation much less traumatic than it could have been.

We interviewed 6 SF contractors and chose Promodeling, Inc based upon references, price and their Project Manager, Alexandra. Alexandra took us through very detailed plans on how project would be handled, from SF Permitting, HOA approval procedure, material choices and delivery coordination as well as inspections to completion well within the window promised. Their construction team led by Bladimir and Brian were superb. They were masters in their crafts, very timely, organized and neat…respectful of our property and building. They created a clear and detailed proposal with a competitive price. Alexandria, our project manager, is helping, knowledgeable, and a genuinely nice person. She helped with the design and maintained excellent communication throughout. Juan, the foreman, and his crew did excellent work. They arrived on time everyday and cleaned up daily. I had a really "GREAT" experience with Promodeling Inc. I had my kitchen and bathroom totally gutted and transformed. I totally love the results! Dante our Project Manager took us all the way from design to build, he was knowledgeable, responsive and very professional. I also received a great help with sourcing materials, design and contractor discounts from some vendors. The construction crew especially Juan the foreman was very helpful, work hard, clean, respectful to our space and what I am mostly appreciated it's the final touch.
The project took about 8 weeks, initially I got promised it will take only 7 weeks but one week of delay is means nothing compare to other stories of delays I have heard.
The bid I received from Dante was on the high side compare to others I got but I decided to go with Promodeling after I was referred to them through a friend. I feel lucky that I got what I paid for,! I have now beautiful kitchen, relocated some plumbing, upgrade all new electrical, new island and most efficient lay out that fits my needs. In the bathroom I changed the bath tub into a shower and install all new fixtures. I highly recommend Dante and the team of Promodeling to any and all people wanting to do a remodel thank you so much for a job well done!

We suspected a large leak in our guest bathroom in our home, but inspecting that would require opening up the tiles and shower pan, so we decided to do a full remodel (which we were planning to do at some point anyways). Our project manager was Solomon. From our first interaction, we could tell he was attentive, helpful, and very responsive. Because of this and the comparable pricing estimates, we went with Promodeling. Our foreman was Francisco. He and Pedro were outstanding and helped guide us through all the various issues and provided us with multiple recommendations on how to navigate our way through this project. This was our first bathroom remodel, so it was greatly appreciated. My wife had a vision of what she wanted, and they were able to deliver that for her. Even with unforeseen events occurring throughout the project, Solomon remained available and communicative with us. If you work with Promodeling, I would highly recommend Solomon. I cannot speak for the other project managers obviously. While it ended up taking longer than initially planned, the attention to detail and diligence paid off in how nice the bathroom looks now. We recently completed a small bathroom remodel, and the transformation was incredible--our outdated space is now sleek, modern, and beautiful. The work included opening up a wall to install a new pocket door and frame, tiling work, reconfiguring plumbing, which included moving plumbing to accommodate a bathtub where there hadn't been one before.

Working with Solomon was a true pleasure. He delivered exactly what we envisioned, on schedule, and handled any unexpected challenges quickly and professionally. His crew, Francisco and Pedro, were equally impressive--professional, skilled, and a joy to work with. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Promodeling is an excellent company, and I highly recommend them. Patricia was very helpful in scheduling and confirming our first appointment. They offered us a free estimate, and due to the complexity of our problem, the estimator came back a few days later with the owner. Guy personally came and spent a long time understanding exactly what happened to our house and what we wanted to fix. The second visit was also free. I could tell his goal was fixing our problem, not just making money.
Since the issue turned out to be plumbing-focused, he contacted his plumbers. One plumber came out late at night after sitting in heavy traffic for over an hour, which we really appreciated. He then returned two days in a row and spent hours removing large tree roots from our sewer line. His price was very reasonable, and his work was excellent. He is the best plumber I’ve ever worked with. We will definitely choose Promodeling again in the future.

On contacting them, Alexandra visited us and provided consultation. She was very patient in understanding our requirements and design inputs, very organized and got back with the design for approvals. All the documents, statement of payments, material listing, invoicing everything was so thorough and organized.
We had fixed timeline on when the Project needs to be over. Once the city approval came in, work started immediately.
Dante, along with his team Juan and others, were very friendly and reliable. So thankful we were able to be relaxed through the finish process since they took care of everything.
The entire team of Electrical, Plumbing, Windows, Sink, Glass, Tile works, clearing were all so well co-ordinated, work went on smoothly!
They connected with right group for Wall, Tile, Flooring and all other related accessory shopping, be it in-person or online, taking care of our Quality and Budget needs.
We also chose the shower accessories, vanities too from their suggested KBM. The whole process from shopping, to invoicing to coordinating our pickups were all so smooth and well managed.
We got the desired finish as imagined! Love how it all turned to reality when our bathroom remodel was complete.

I hired ProModeling and the owner to help me convert the lower level of my home into a professional office space where I can meet with clients. I originally considered building an ADU in my backyard, but after deciding that the cost was too high for now, the team helped me pivot seamlessly to improving my existing space instead.

They completed minor electrical and plumbing updates to the bathroom off the office, and they also remodeled the entrance to make it more welcoming and accessible for in-person clients. Throughout the entire process, they were timely, responsive, easy to communicate with, and stayed within the estimated budget—which I really appreciated.

The finished space feels polished, functional, and exactly what I hoped for.

We built an ADU with Promodeling, and our project manager was Jason. Guy, the owner, consistently made sure we were satisfied throughout the process. Promodeling handled everything — design, permits, and construction — which made the experience truly hassle-free.

Although we had many concerns at the beginning, the entire process went quite smoothly, and we’re very pleased with the final result. We feel we received great value for our money. The team was professional, kept our home clean, and showed up almost daily. From the initial drawings to completion, the entire project took about seven months

In 2025, we decided to add a 400-square foot room to our existing home. After meeting with eight different contracting companies, we chose to work with Pro Modeling. We selected them because Paul took the time to clearly explain the entire process and set proper expectations from the beginning. Their price was very reasonable also.

Our assigned project manager was Dante and the foreman on site was Will. Once construction began, Dante checked in with us frequently to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. During city inspections, Will consistently arrived early and remained on-site until inspectors completed their review. His crew was punctual, typically working from 8 am to 5 pm and often arriving early or staying late when needed. They also cleaned the job site thoroughly each day before leaving. When they worked on the roof, they made sure to sweep our driveway and remove any nails and debris.

After each milestone, Dante stopped by to verify the work was completed to our satisfaction. Once the room addition was finished, Will ensured every details was addressed, including having the windows cleaned and the floors mopped before his team left. Guy(the owner of the company) even called to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction.

Pro Modeling delivered outstanding work on our room addition, and I highly recommend them. They were honest, communicative, and professional throughout the entire project.
