Jason partially Gutted our bathroom in order to install a Low Threshold Fiberglass Shower unit with Grab Bars. He installed a new toilet, wall insulation, sheetrock, texturing, painting, Plumbing , Electrical and Flooring . We have used Jason Schultz for many projects over the years- from new build construction to deck repairs. Jason is an extremely honest and hard working individual. His work is top notch, it is immediately evident that he takes pride in what he does.

Jason did a remodel on my kitchen and one of my bathrooms and did a fantastic job. He was very detailed and took his time and completed the job very professionally. I would recommend him highly.

Jason installed a new tile floor in my laundry room. He was prompt, he cleaned up, courteous of other workers, very skilled and reasonable. Did I mention he whistled while he worked! I will not lose his number and have more jobs scheduled!

We recently hired Jason to do a couple things at my parents house before we get it ready to sell.
1. He answered the phone, returns calls, and shows up!
2. He's upfront and honest about pricing, timeframe to complete the job, and when he can start. He's a one-man show, but was able to get us in between jobs.
3. He fixed a bathtub plumbing issue, redid the drywall where the water leaked (in a large area), matched paint color almost perfectly, drywall repair/replacement for certain areas we had an electrician cut decent size holes to fix an issue, matched the flashing of stairs (hardwood), made an installed fireplace job look complete (after years of it gone without), and tore out an old cement job - adding in a raised bed with pavestone.

Jason remodeled our small bathroom. His work was great as was his attitude, professionalism, and communication. There were surprises behind the walls and he was sure to review all options with us before moving forward. I will absolutely be calling him again.1

Jason is a great contractor to work with. He helped with our kitchen remodel and then a bath remodel. Both projects finished out great. He communicates throughout the project and has a wealth of knowledge that helped us design our projects.

Quality, attention to detail, value, and communication are my highest priorities. I would classify myself as a tough grader, and Jason came through on all. The highest compliment I can give is that we were happy we chose him for our master bath remodel and we'd choose him again for future projects.

We have used Schultz Const on several projects on our home and have been extremely happy with them every time. Jason is very detailed and prides himself on it. We have all heard or seen the aftermath of a bad contractor. Jason does not take shortcuts just to get the job done faster. He is honest and up front with any obstacles that typically come up in construction and presents a honest and fair solution to the problem.
