Phil did a good job taking three redwoods down but I had to leave early and paid him in full trusting he would grind the stumps. Its been a couple weeks and he won't return my calls or texts and hasn't finished the job. I'll take this down if the job gets completed very soon. Shame on me for trusting someone.

I've used them 3 times and have had the best service and communication every time.
Today they squeezed me in in between other service calls and took care of me right away (after my home warranty company abandoned me and left me hanging for 5 days).

Installed new Rinnai tankless hot water heater andi initial service was good. Have had issues with the water heater and they have not been very responsive in resolution.

Company assigned through First American Home Warranty company. Alex was the plumber. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Overall solid experience fixing several faucets and garbage disposal replacement.

We called, not an emergency, and they were able to come out the same day to fix a dripping faucet. Repaired quickly by the nice friendly tech!

This is a lousy company at best. Their customer service is abysmal. Their service technician named "Rob" has been to our house a couple of times. The first time, he was extremely rude and distasteful when he burped in my wifes ear. We overlooked his poor manners and they sent him again because their other service technician "gets claustrophobia"! Rob showed up in brand new jeans and a flashlight...apparently he was not planning on working?? He made an excuse and blamed us that we did not prep the jobsite (even though he hadn't communicated what he needed) and left...almost as if he would take any excuse that would save his pretty, brand new jeans...Extremely dissatisfied with the service and poor communication, I spoke with the OWNER (Marvin "Nick" Collins) and he was extremely degrading toward me when I questioned him about his companies lack of communication and willingness to complete our job. He completely ignored my question and, instead, blamed me . After getting upset, Nick hung up on me stating, "call someone else!"
