Excellent service from start to finish.

I received my items without a follow-up call from the company. The customer service number was unhelpful, with hold times over 50 minutes. When I finally spoke to Al, he left me waiting while he attended to something else. Later, the phone line disconnected.

It felt like chaos - nobody knew what they were doing. I ended up driving to a store and found out my items had arrived days ago, but still hadn't received any notification. This experience was frustrating and fell far short of acceptable customer service.
