Called last week for appointment. They told me someone would come between 10-12 today. I called 20 mins after 12 to ask if they were still coming. The receptionist said the guy had called me 2x but I didn't answer. She directed me to the technician who told me the same thing. I saw 818 # that I didn't recognize that stated spam risk so I didn't answer. I asked him why he didn't leave a message, he told that it's the policy. They will call you but if you don't pick up they'll leave and they don't leave messages. He asked if I wanted to reschedule I told him no thanks I'll find someone else. What a waste of time.
