After spending about 50000 with Interior Technologies about 5 years ago I needed to get 1 Lutron switch reprogramed due to replacing this switch. I was told that it would cost me $300 (2 hr minimum at 150 per hr) for maybe 5 minutes of work . Great customer service! I would not recommend .

I highly recommend these guys. They are true professionals, very knowledgeable, super helpful, and very quick to respond. Everyone I interacted with from Kirk to Troy to Colin to Patti was top notch. I started off just wanting one thing but ended up doing a lot more because they made it so simple. I LOVE these guys and recommend them to anyone looking more a more efficient home automation or security system.

when looking for a company that could elevate the tech in our strand home in manhattan beach, we chose interior tech because of their process. Very professional, very efficient, and created a plan based on a budget and stuck to it. Not only did the sales side create a plan that excited us, but the execution side of the team was VERY professional, patient, and followed through on every part of the design. They took my notes on the system seriously, and made me feel like every optimal need I had within the system mattered to them as much as it mattered to me. I only wish they also handled plumbing, appliances, and roofing because I would hire them them to do it all!

Short: Great company - knowledge, staff, execution

Long-ish: I am a custom home builder and have clients across the technology spectrum, that all require support and education. Interior Technologies delivers across all fronts. Kirk is a great communicator of services and options. Troy and Andy are fantastic working out the details of installation and coordination. It is a real value added to have someone you can trust and rely on job after job that stand by their work.

I had a great experience with Interior Technologies. They installed a new TV in my living room and took down my old TV from the living room and installed it in my bedroom. The entire job took less time than they estimated and they hooked up my Rokus and soundbar to each TV and then calibrated the television for optimal sound and picture. They did a great job!

When choosing a low voltage integrator you need to remember you are entering a long term relationship with the provider; not just the installation process. Interior Technologies excels at all points of the low voltage journey. Their post-installation support is amazing. Recently they instituted 24/7 monitoring (for a fee) and it has been exceptional. The post installation services may seem "pricey", but they are really worth it, I promise! Great company from beginning to end of the process.

We contracted with Xero Solar after getting quotes from 2 other local installation contractors. The reasons we went with Xero Solar were their use of US-based SunPower’s highly efficient, resilient and competitively priced photovoltaic panels; recommendations from 2 friends on the quality of a Xero installation; friendliness and patience of everyone involved; and Xero’s full service management of the project including permitting, inspections, electrical work, final sign off and rebates were flawless. A big thanks goes out to Lee, Kirstin, Ben, Angel and the rest of the team.

We were thrilled with every aspect of the project from the early design process through to watching the new meter showing power flowing back into the grid. They managed the ongoing relationships with LADWP and City of Los Angeles which was greatly appreciated. They also worked with us to minimize the visual impact of all the new equipment on our mid-century home - while some may say there’s no such thing as unsightly solar service, we did not want it at the front of the house which would have been the most efficient (southern) exposure.

This was a big project from our perspective with a new 200 AMP panel, car charging port, running conduit through a very low attic crawlspace and installing 12 panels on a tight roof footprint but they made it seem easy. In the end, the panels look brilliant, out of the way from most views and are generating roughly 18 kWh / day (in March, now up to 24kWh in April). We’re thrilled.

SunPower’s monitoring system offers a nice website and mobile app that allows you to see your current and aggregate generation over time. It connects over our WiFi network (and offers a cellular backup communication system) so that we can check in from anywhere.

Xero Solar is great, I totally think everyone should use them. Professional, thorough, great service, documentation, etc. They are the best.

Excellent work, delivered as promised when promised for a moderate to large solar panel system on our newly purchased home. We have performed multiple renovations, and Xero Solar have been top notch. I wish all the other trades/subs were as good an dependable. They are not the cheapest (nor the most expensive), but the work is great. Highly recommended.

Xero Solar does quality work. The estimate I received was fair and the quality very high. The work was done professionally and two years later I have not had an issue. Everything works well. I would definitely use them again.

Today our city final solar inspection was approved after having Xero Solar install an 8.2kW system as well as a Tesla Powerwall 3 in our residence. The entire solar panel and electrical install team took their time, painstakingly plotting each course of action; were neat, tidy and meticulous in every aspect of their work. They had incredible attention to detail! Every single piece of rigid conduit, outlet bodies, j-boxes, flex and wire was where it was supposed to be and exact. For these guys the phrase “good enough” just isn’t in their vocabulary. And each and every one of them is the nicest of guys. This also goes to my project manager and office staff at xero Solar. They were incredible helpful and ready with any question that I came up with. I couldn't be happier!
