Highly recommend. Called Saturday 4pm, they made exception for appointment on Sunday to clean dryer vent duct. Tech was extremely professional; had complete confidence he knew what he was doing and that he did a thorough job. I could not be happier with my experience.

I’m glad I ended up getting the dryer duct cleaning done. I don't think my house has ever had that done. The reason I did it was 2-fold. One, the clothes weren't drying as well as they should have, and two, you hear the horror stories of fires as a result of dirty vents. Vince called the afternoon before he was supposed to be out to confirm his arrival. He was professional and responsive through Yelp, and he responded over the weekend. Once he gave me a price, I didn't respond for a while because I wasn't sure I had the money for it. He didn't bother me or try to push the sale. He left it on me. Once we confirmed the appointment, he was prompt and respectful. He cleaned up after himself and did mention that the dryer wasn't as hot as he'd like but seemed to be working. He didn't try to pretend he was a repair man to peddle extra money. He was genuine, came in, did the job, cleaned up, and left. Thank you, Vince for a job well done.
