My home warranty initially referred me to one company who never showed up and never returned my calls. This company was awesome. They called after the home warranty did changed the referral and had text alerts to the appointment and on the day of the appointment along with a tracker that showed me a map of where the technician was. Jaime was super nice and did not make me feel like an idiot when the solution was way too simple. :)

Rendon Electric was great! Technician arrived on time and provided a fair quote. Technician was efficient and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them.

Jaime and Kili were not just on time— they were always early. They grounded our outlets when we first bought our house, then later installed ceiling lights and outdoor lights. They are so friendly, professional, and they clean up after their work. They also explained things really patiently to us. And their work cost a fraction of what other electricians quoted!!

Sent out by ProConnect (American Home Shield, Home Warranty) - DO NOT USE THEM!!! Not only are they HIGHLY OVERPRICED, their quote was over $2,500, we had another licensed electrician complete the job the next day for $450..BUT they called and texted over a DOZEN TIMES less than 24 hours after the inspection to collect their service fee of $99 and threatened collections, whaaaaat? It hasn't even been a day. They are just a mess and all over the place - apparently the technician is also the owner, but the office has no communication within itself and is so poorly ran, just do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. On Jaime's (tech/owner) phone after the appointment he told me to select 'decline quote, 'thinking about it' ... but I didn't want to as that wasn't my reason, 'decline quote 'price too high' was closer to the reason' so that's the reason I selected. The next screen gave me multiple discount options like 15% off the quote...Jaime quickly turned the phone away and went to the previous screen and chose 'thinking about it' himself. Ummmm okay....thanks. Read the reviews, just look at the stars and trust actual people that used this company and met these people.

I had a bad experience with this company. My home warranty dispatched them to repair my ceiling fan. The guy came and quickly looked at the fan for 1 min without running any test and then told me it was not covered. He couldn’t even tell me what was wrong.
